Posting all my personal information on the public register without consent. 100% illegal. How does this even make sense?

It is staggering that this business is allowed to exist. A business that has no regard for privacy. One that will pull data it claims to already be public (which is definitely not), and proceed to display such information. Even a request for removal usually honored is met with a pay wall.

Last week 22 January I had men come to my residence as that is my business listed address as it appears on CIPC reg forms. They came to threaten me and my family and further investigation they got my details off the b2bhint website. I have requested my personal details be blurred out but the automated thing just says it is not allowed!!!!! since when is removing my private personal details from the web not allowed!!! there is a CIPC webinar where the explicitedly state that you personal information is PRIVATE but here it is BLASTED all over the god damn internet for every TOM DOOFUS AND HARRY!!!

The contact us page on b2bhint automatically says they cannot remove your personal info that is blasted out there for the world to see.!!! this is my home and family WTF is wrong with you people

Remove my personal data from your website, that information belongs to government only, not suspicious scammy website, which message system is not working, forcing to play 14 usd for unblocking to see my own files.

My company information is incorrect and I want the profile taken down or corrected. They refuse to do anything unless I pay $99 for removal. I keep going in circles with them. It is inappropriate to charge to correct or remove information when it doesn't belong there in the first place. I would not recommend trusting this site or business. Next step, BBB complaint.

Under the provision of the article 17 of GDPR, I have the right to ask you to delete my data. You are fraud asking money for that. I will find your phantom company and I will bring you to court.

I want to thank B2Bhint for having all the information available. A company defrauded me and all the info and other businesses with the same director was noted. Great site to check before you get defrauded by criminals.

Good morning. Pls I’m requesting you take my company’s details out of your site. This is all shades of wrong, you couldn’t have put it there without my consent in the first place. In fact u included my residential address, not considering the risk involve.

Why are my company's details publicly accessible? We should consider legal action against CIPC for allowing B2BHint to expose our addresses. This is a violation of the POPI Act, and CIPC is failing to protect our privacy. B2BHint should also be banned.

One can only blame the CIPC for allowing this staggering violation of the POPI act, with people's personal data (Where else would B2BHint get their data?). One can also guess how little the CIPC cares when this is addressed with them. I honestly think that the big fuss around compliance with the POPI act is an elaborate sham, to begin with.

My information needs to be removed from your site. You have my tax number and other businesses listed. I am pursuing legal action.
