amazing company, thank you for all help you've given me!

My tutor was really supportive, I have health conditions and she really helped me work through the course material without exacerbating my symptoms. Learning is remote and on camera, which keeps you focused and prevents distraction.

Where do I even begin?

My experience with The B2W Group has been absolutely terrible—and this is only the beginning of my journey.

The representative responsible for my course unreachable, to provide meaningful solution, despite the fact that I am required to complete a time-sensitive assessment.

Because no one responds, with supportive solution I am effectively blocked from progressing at all. Emails are not lead meaningful solution, phone calls lead nowhere, and there is zero ownership of the problem.

When I contacted the organization directly, the receptionist provided no help whatsoever—no support, no escalation, not even basic guidance.

I was literally told:

"That is not my job."

My calls were randomly transferred until they disappeared into voicemail limbo, with no explanation and no follow-up.

What was truly shocking was being told (by one of their receptionist), that the assessments I am trying to complete “don’t really matter” because the course is free. That statement alone shows a complete lack of professionalism and raises serious concerns about the organization’s standards and quality control.

After several calls and repeated attempts to reach someone—anyone—who could help, my frustration was met with a laugh and yet another instruction to leave a voicemail, again with no indication of who would receive it or whether anyone listens to them at all.

This is not just poor service; it is disorganised, dismissive, and careless.

If this is how The B2W Group treats people at the start, I have no confidence in anything that follows

It has been five months since I completed a course and I never received a certificate. I have been in contact with a career support advisor from the company, who has tried helping but has found no resolution yet. I have also sent an email to the help contact found on the website, sent an email to learner after care, and submitted a complaints form. Each of these attempts of contact have been completely ignored with no help provided.

UPDATE

I finally received my certificate, but having to wait five months for a digital certificate and being ignored by all of the support contacts has made this a really unpleasant experience.

Great opportunity to up skill your knowledge skills and achieve the ambition to have suitable job in the future.

The teaching, the program is great but I feel the teaching obviously is the most important. And that's why I feel very lucky to have been taught by Elizabeth Gibson

My experience was great because the company was very supportive and organised. The tutor was amazing and her instructions were really easy to understand.

The SEN course was very informative and helped me gain a deeper understanding of how to support learners with diverse needs. The SEN course has really broadened my perspective and given me practical tools for supporting children with additional needs. I feel much more prepared and confident now.

Throughout the course, I achieved several key milestones that have contributed to my personal and professional growth. One of the most significant achievements was the improvement of my communication skills, which has enhanced my ability to express ideas clearly and confidently in both team and leadership settings. Additionally, I received consistent support from tutors and peers who offered guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback.

Really enjoyed learning new skills and the tutors are excellent and helpful and updating my skills and preparing me for getting back into work and have got a interview out of the course at the end excellent course to do its only takes four weeks of your time and you gain a better understanding of the digital skills and market .

The course was extremely useful and practical. The content was clear, easy to understand, and very relevant to real work in schools. The support was excellent throughout the whole programme. Every email and every question I had was answered quickly, kindly, and in a very helpful way. The tutor made the learning experience enjoyable and always encouraged us. Given the right support needed to know about the particular field. listened to a lot personal experiences and get to know about the work done in the past for the SEN children, all the current and previous legislations made. And the course has overall given a sense of self confidence in believe in myself that i can get a job in this field in the near future.
