Tutor was 10/10. MAA (Ali) was great at breaking everything down into easy to follow steps. The main game changer though, was his patience, real-world examples, and hand-crafted guidance sheets!

Overall, L3 Networking & Cybersecurity was definitely intense, fitting so much into 15 days. More theory heavy with sprinkles of practical. But the depth of what is covered is great for those who are looking to specialise in one of these areas.

I will say, this course needs to be around 18-20 days long to fully grasp all topics before moving on to the next subject.

Do not listen to those fake five star reviews. This company constantly posts fake jobs on job sites to trick desperate people looking for work into doing pointless courses. They'll advertise a normal job on job sites and not mention anything about the course then send you a email saying you'll need to do a 11.5 day course with a guaranteed interview. It's absolute nonsense, using people desperate to get back into work is disgusting.

I completed the L2 Cybersecurity course, the tutors on the course are very knowledgeable and happy to spend time helping and explaining topics, only downside is they have a lot of admin/marking to do as well, meaning they have to rush some sections, but they do their best to avoid this.
Generally speaking it's a great intro to the industry, provided good base knowledge for me to build upon in the future.

The B2W group has been extremely supportive of individuals, accommodating to all learners, and sufficiently managed a large group of students well! All questions i personally had were answered quickly and efficiently. Overall incredibly impressed and i would highly recommend The B2W group to anyone wanting to further their knowledge and education!

All tutors were beyond helpful and respectful, there was no issue with the tuition or resources. It was all provided with confidence and clear understanding.

I completed the level 2 in cybersecurity with Back2Work. My tutors always provided constructive feedback and were always available throughout the duration of this course. The tutors created and encouraged a respectful environment where everyone respected each other, shared ideas and asked questions.

I really enjoyed this course, the delivery of the learning materials was excellent and I found it easy to digest and understand. The tutors were extremley good, and very helpful in providing support when required. The workload was about what I expected and to be honest, I had reservations about my ability to handle it. But I would encourage anyone who wants to learn more about cyber security, digital skills and/or web design, to give this a go.

The Instructors were excellent explaining the information well and in easy understand sections, the only issue I had personally was the speed of the course being slightly too fast and that during the last week the main instructor was swapped to a different group.
