10/10 experience! I needed a travel pram for a trip and rented the silver cross Nia. It came literally the next day, brand new. I wish I knew about this service before as I would’ve rented a pram from birth and had two. Will absolutely be using this service again. Super good value and wonderful customer service
We rented a Babyzen Yo-Yo bassinet
We rented a Babyzen Yo-Yo bassinet from Baboodle for our holiday as we knew our baby girl wouldn’t be in a bassinet for much longer, so we didn’t want to buy one outright. We thought the option to rent was brilliant.
Delivery was really quick and we loved the flexibility of choosing a hire period that suited us. We rented it for two weeks even though we were only away for one, so our daughter could get used to it beforehand, which worked perfectly. It’s also great that they offer monthly rentals for longer trips.
The bassinet arrived in used condition, which was completely expected and absolutely fine. It worked really well throughout our holiday and the return process was easy too — we just packed it back into the same box and Royal Mail collected it.
Overall, we were really happy with the experience and would definitely use Baboodle again.

Could not recommend this service more. Once you have a baby you don’t realise just how many different gadgets/modes of transport, you might need and what you thought would work for a certain period, might not. This is the perfect way for covering your back for that period in time without having to spend a fortune. Our pram came almost brand new and the delivery and return was faultless. Honestly well worth it!
Do not use this company
Do not use this company! We had a shocking experience with Baboodle. It is a chaotic and poorly managed outfit, and definitely oversells on its promise. As a working mum, I thought this service would make my life easier but instead it just added extra admin, time wasted, and general angst.
I ordered a Yo-yo pram to take my one year old on holiday to Spain (our first holiday abroad), leaving good time before the trip for it to arrive. I was excited as I wouldn’t have been able to afford one new, and I thought this would be a great chance to try it out. However when it did arrive it was missing a canopy, meaning that my daughter wouldn’t have any sun cover while she was in it. I contacted Baboodle, who shipped out a new cover. Sadly, the new cover wasn’t compatible with the original pram (it took us a while to figure this out as no instructions for either the pram or the hood were provided) and by this point there was no time left to send the right one, or for us to find an alternative. We ended up flying with our original, heavier, not travel friendly pram and leaving all the Baboodle stuff at home. On our return I sent the whole lot back, and they refunded me what I’d paid, offering nothing for all the inconvenience except a weak apology. Then, a month later, rental costs of £50 were taken out of my account, and once again I had to contact them to explain that we’d never been able to benefit from their service. I’m not sure they even realised I’d sent everything back!
It strikes me that the warehouse for their kit has very poor communication with the front end customer service, and this is yet another example of a company that market themselves as parent friendly, but are anything but.
Get something on Facebook Marketplace and save yourself the hassle.
Nice experience
Initially, I had some difficulty reaching customer service and arranging a delivery upgrade, which was frustrating. When I contacted DPD, they redirected me back to the seller, adding to the inconvenience.
However, after I posted my review on Trustpilot, the response was very quick and proactive. The team contacted me promptly, arranged the delivery upgrade as requested, and even followed up with a phone call.
The parcel arrived on the originally expected date. I could clearly see that the team took my feedback seriously and valued customer experience.
Based on how they handled the situation afterwards, I would consider using their service again and would recommend them to others.

Smooth ride
Made our London experience as smooth as possible. As soon as Dan realised that our stroller was arriving late, he sent another one with an uber. Would definitely recommend.

Baboodle are fab! I’ve rented things for my second baby and it’s such a great idea. Any queries or issues (very minor) were dealt with so quickly and easily. Service is absolutely great. I could not recommend them more. Quick delivery, easy returns, quality items

I was so happy to have found you. I just needed a stroller for a few days during my vacation in Glasgow, and renting one was super easy. It was delivered right to me, and picking it up went smoothly too. The whole experience was so stress-free and pleasant that I would definitely use your service again.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Baboodle, and couldn’t recommend them more highly.
The Artipoppe carrier itself has been a lifesaver for us when other carriers weren’t providing the comfort we needed. It’s beautifully made, really comfortable, and supportive for both us as parents and our baby.
The carrier arrived really quickly and was in immaculate condition - it looked as if it was brand new. Everything was packaged very carefully and you could tell a lot of care had gone into the whole process. Communication was clear in terms of shipping and delivery which was great and helpful when we desperately needed the product.
A big thank you to the team at Baboodle. We’ve had such a smooth, positive experience from start to finish and it’s great having an item that won’t talk up space in our house long term! Excellent business all round. Thank you.

I wouldn’t bother ordering from them.
They don’t show items that are out of stock on their website! I made an order for delivery and the day before I noticed I still hadn’t recieved an update on dispatch or any tracking information. I then emailed and was told the item is out of stock do I want to wait weeks for a restock or select another item. I needed the travel pram rental as I was going on holiday that week. I shouldn’t have to follow up to find this out and stock should be shown on the website as some customers like me will need prompt delivery.
Thank God for tiny explores who actually show stock online and do same day dispatch!
Update ! Dan from Baboodle called and was very apologetic and actually took on board the feedback above and are already aiming to implement ways to improve their process - we love a business that takes accountability! He was also kind enough to rectify things and process a new order quickly so that I can still get the travel pram before I go away.
I’m really big on customer service and I’m actually taken back by keen they are to help their customers.

Amazing service
Amazing service. I rented a TENS machine - delivery was quick and the return process was easy. My subscription wasn’t cancelled properly, but when I got in touch, customer service responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently (even though it was at night on the weekend). I will definitely look to use Baboodle again.
They charged me after 2 months of returning the item
After 2 months of returning the item, they charged me again from the card details I've given. At first I was so pissed but then they fixed the problem quickly an refunded me and I am happy with the customer service. So I am updating my review to give them their credit for rectifying the issue.
Perfect solution for travelling
I hired the Joole Aer 2 Seat to Nest from Baboodle for a holiday, and the whole experience was fantastic. The pram arrived in excellent condition and was absolutely perfect for travelling. Such a great solution for those items you only need short‑term and don’t want to invest in owning. I’d definitely recommend Baboodle.
