Conformidad de mi experiencia
Me siento conforme con el celular y con la atención recibida por parte de la compañía. Estaba buscando un smartphone sencillo pero eficiente, y la página me sugirió una opción que cumplía con todo lo que necesitaba. También destaco el apoyo del personal de atención al cliente, que me orientó muy bien durante el proceso.
No le doy la máxima calificación porque la promoción de reembolso no se aplicó de forma automática. Tuve que gestionarlo por separado, y en ningún lugar se aclaraba que ese paso adicional era necesario.
