Beyond impressed with this program if was I helpful for my and my little one. She wasn’t sleeping through the night and ever since I trusted this program she has. Also still has been amazing for any areas of regression because I can always reach out and everyone is so responsive and helpful. Would recommended this too anyone!

This program broke down all the steps in a concise and clear manner. It gave me more confidence in taking the steps I needed to take in order to get my baby sleeping through the night. He is now sleeping through the night and doesn’t cry at bed time! It’s been a game changer for us. Thank you Jilly and team!

Great program, which improved our baby sleeping routine

I loved the materials provided in the 21 days to peace and quiet programme. Clear step by step guides and visual aides were really helpful. We were already on the right track when we started, our son already falling asleep independently, but he still woke up several times at night to feed. Now he only wakes once a night if at all and knows how to resettle himself. Now I also get more sleep and feel much better again during the day!

I’m on lesson 6 and yesterday was a major win. Baby Matthew who is 6 months slept from 8pm to 8am with 1 night feed! Amazing! There are good nights and not so good nights and just want to encourage moms and dads to just keep at it, little by little things get better and baby sleeps better. Thanks Jilly and team.

The content is nicely laid out and thoughtful. But it did not work at all for my daughter even after following it to the T. Maybe it is something im doing wrong. Jill is very kind and reached out to offer further assistance. I dont think the program is at fault, i think i just have a very difficult baby.

My daughter was just a terrible sleeper. She was being rocked to sleep at night and for naps. She'd also be awake for 3 hours in the middle of each night. I was starting to lose it. I had tried everything I read and nothing was working. So I finally decided to sign up for 21 Days to Peace and quiet and it was a game-changer. The absolute best part was the Facebook group and live calls. Honestly, most of what was in the course I had already learned from multiple sources. But my problem was is that I had too much information. Having the group and calls where I could talk to the team helped me figure out an exact game plan. I pretty much dedicated a month to focusing getting my daughter's sleep to where it needed to be. And without the help of the team I would not have been able to make it through that month.

This program has been such a help with getting my LO to sleep through the night and regulate our nap times! So thankful I found Jilly and her program!

My little one was 4 months old when I reached out to Baby Sleep Made Simple for help. I had just had a health scare that sent everything with baby into a downward spiral, on top of it being his 4 month sleep regression stage. I was panicked, exhausted and beyond overwhelmed. Jilly was AMAZING! Her advice and tips helped us find our routine again which eventually brought more sleep and peace! Jilly was also very calming when I would feel like my world was spinning out of control. She’d help me refocus on where I needed to be and baby stepping towards my end goals. She was also good at helping me to remember that this is hard and that’s ok, and that she and her team are right there with me to help. Another thing that was helpful, was seeing all the other loving, sweet moms on the Facebook page that are also exhausted, overwhelmed, and stressed out reaching out for help. It helps you to realize that there is a world full of amazing moms doing their best to navigate mommy hood. We are never alone on that journey, especially if we allow ourselves to accept help from amazing people like Jilly and her Baby Sleep Made Simple program!

The only program that helped my little guy finally fall asleep and stay asleep in his crib instead of in my bed! The careful and calculated steps Jilly provides really helped transition him to know when it's bedtime. No TV before bed and the PNR was the hugest improvement to his sleep! Thank you for giving this tired mama back her sleep and her bed!

I found Jill's videos on YouTube in a moment that I was pretty unsure what to do to put my 9mo lay down on the crib!
She has an "exhausted-moms-survival-kit" that really helps! But I must say that the "magic" really happens because of their support! The material - even the free guides in the website are awesome!
I recommend it for all parents that are having some trouble about baby sleeping!

I had always followed Jilly on Instagram but finally decided to take the plunge because even though I wasn't a paying customer, her team would still respond to questions I DM-ed them. I think this was the first thing that made me realise that Jilly and her team are not JUST business-minded. So I started with the Exhausted Moms' kit and purchased the mid-range 21 Days programme before finally upgrading to the lifetime support access. Even though my baby was still not age-appropriate for sleep training, we went ahead and proceeded with the lessons in 21 Days anyway. After about 2+ weeks of doing the first few lessons, baby girl let me put her down in her crib and fell asleep on her own. She slept like a champ and woke only at 4 am for a feed and went straight back to sleep. I thought it was a fluke, but the following nights were the same! We didn't even have to commit to PUPD in Lesson 7 because she just got it (and she wasn't even 5 months at that time)!

I love that the programme offers different methods from gentlest to the Ferber-ish method, so the parent can decide for themselves which method would suit their family. Now whenever I see mums in the groups I'm in considering sleep consultants, I always point them to BSMS. I just wish I followed the programme when my first was born.

Jilly and her programs are beyond great. I am so glad we found Jilly when my baby was a newborn because Jilly helped us survive our first year so much. She has a very kind personality and you can tell she truly loves parents and babies— her care and concern comes through in her programs and her social media. THANK YOU so much <3

Baby Sleep Made Simple was so wonderful for our family. We tried multiple attempts at sleep training on our own, and were exhausted and frustrated when we, thankfully, ran across this program. Jilly and the Baby Sleep Made Simple team walked us through every step of the sleep training journey. The method was gentle and mindful of our child’s personality, and we now have a toddler who sleeps beautifully and we are more rested and present parents . Looking forward to using this program again with baby #2.

I was hesitant buying one of these programs. I thought, I'll just do the ferber method and be done with it. Ohhhh, little did I know how many questions I would have. I am so glad that I had Jilly and her team to talk to. Gave me so much comfort. Worth every penny!

This program worked amazingly for my eldest. We used it when she was 5 months old, she is now 2 years old and still sleeping amazingly. Thank you for giving me some time with my husband again!

Excellent service and so simple to follow! It’s easy to get overwhelmed by sleep training but this step by step guide made it much easier because I can worry about only one thing at a time and be confident that it’s the right thing to do. For me it was a life changing experience I couldn’t do it without your help and support also from the Facebook group.
