I would highly recommend this clinic to everybody! We have been having early reassurance scans from 8 weeks at this clinic , virtually every other week as we have had a long infertility journey and numerous IVF cycles and needed to know all was progressing well . The staff simply go above and beyond for you and are the friendliest and need recognising for all they do! I could not of been more at ease at this branch and we look forward to finding out the gender of our miracle in a few weeks! 🩷🩵 Thankyou Babyvue Orpington you are the best!

We had a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming, kind, and treated us with great care and respect throughout our visit. Anita, the sonographer, was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making us feel comfortable and at ease. We are very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this service.

My wife’s NIPT test came back inconclusive twice. After the first test, the clinic contacted us about the result. However, after the second test, we only found out the result because we called and followed it up ourselves.

We asked for information about why both tests had been inconclusive, but we were not given any explanation after either test. We wanted more information because our own research showed that an inconclusive NIPT result can happen for several different reasons.

However, Cassie, who we were told was a manager at Babyvue, did not even respond to my wife’s email asking for clarification. It appeared that they simply forwarded us a standard email template from the laboratory, issued a refund, and provided no additional information or support.

As a result, we had to search for answers ourselves from various sources. This caused us even more stress during an already very stressful time.

Overall, everything may be fine when a test produces a standard result, but when something goes wrong or further explanation is needed, we felt that very little effort was made to support or reassure us.

We were extremely disappointed with the service we received.

BabyVue has since contacted me to discuss why the NIPT result was inconclusive twice. I explained that I wanted to speak directly with the laboratory that carried out the test, and they arranged a callback from the lab.

After speaking with the laboratory, they confirmed that they were unable to determine the exact reason why both results were inconclusive. Therefore, we still do not know whether the issue was caused by an insufficient amount of fetal DNA in my wife’s blood or by another factor, such as sample handling, transportation or a technical issue.

In my view, this appears to be a limitation of the testing platform used by the laboratory, as our own research showed that many other laboratories are able to provide a more specific reason for an inconclusive result.

We also did not receive a satisfactory explanation as to why the manager did not respond to our original email. I appreciate that BabyVue eventually contacted us and arranged for the laboratory to speak with us, but I wish this level of support and attention had been provided from the beginning.

The staff at baby vue are very polite they make the whole experience a nice experience. Defintley worth going to baby vue! Had all scans done here and wouldnt fault a thing.

Very friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout. Nice waiting area and scan room.

Georgia was very welcoming as soon as we walked through and we had a good chat and eased any nerves we had. Anita who did our scan was very caring, gentle and made the experience the best it could be.

Would recommend the light gender reveal to anyone as it was lovely to see the room light up pink (for us!!)

I went to my first ever gender reveal scan with my best friend to find out what she was having! It was a brilliant experience! Exciting and nerve racking but the nurses at babyvue were absolutely amazing! A really lovely experience! 🩷💙
