All the info that comes along is wonderful. However it took 3 weeks to get my claw, the emails pile up and asked for review before item rec’d and again within a few days of receiving. I find it hard to review until I have had time to use to give an honest opinion. I have now had 1 week using and it is going well.

Tool is just as described - and using it works effectively great videos for use - even told my chiropractor about it

The concept of Myofascial release then Stretch then Strengthen the muscles is so True. I believed this, and it was that belief why i discovered Back Muscle Solution YouTube channel.

And the QL CLAW is such important tool to have especially when you are dealing with myofascial tension in the body. I have never seen anything like it, and it is just so good.

I highly recommend Ben's program, and the QL CLAW.

An effective tool. I used it with the videos, and I experienced great relief from the pain and tension in my back, gluets, and hips. I had family staying with me when it arrived and one person also used it, ad was quite impressed with how effective this was in minutes.

It took a little while for it to get to us as we live in Canada but it arrived the day of stated delivery. This thing is built like a tank, think dog toy Kong it is indestructible. It is hard but has a rubber tire quality that makes it just soft enough you can really dig it into your muscles without discomfort. Absolutely love this thing both the wife and myself are using it daily it is working wonders on my lower back.

Yes, I have had great success with the claw. It has helped clear up so
much pain. One of the worst things about my lower back stuff was taking
my morning poop. Literally, I was afraid to wipe my ass because it
triggered the pain that would last all day long. Something about bending
and trying to reach with the toilet paper caused the "spot" to flare up.
It's been ongoing for years, but the last six months has been really bad.

After about two weeks of using the claw I am finally able to do the duty
without the heckling back pain. I cannot tell you how relieved I am for
that. And in general, my back feels better than it has in years, or decades.

For as long as I can remember, I have suffered from herniated discs at L4, L5, L5S1.
I was able to manage the pain but found due to compensating and protecting I became very stiff.
I had block injections, I was on many different pain killers, even antidepressants.
Fast forward to 2016, I fell down stairs and fractured at L5 level.
Since then, the I have had no relief from tension and pain, I felt like my back was one block unable to move freely, it was suggested that I try a myofascial massage.
My massage therapist suggested I try the QL claw as she had so much relief from it.
Well, because I tried so many “quick fixes” I was done spending more money so she lent me hers.
It took me 4 days to realize that I needed to own it!
I have not looked back.
QL claw is nothing short of a miracle.
Thank you Ben for creating such an invaluable piece of equipment and giving me my life back!
I now use QL claw daily as a massage tool.
I am sleeping better, I am moving much better and I have found a new posture!
I thought I was going to be a prisoner trapped in a lifetime of back pain, I am 58 years old but feel younger than I have in years!

The QL Claw is wonderful. The instructions and plethora of information on how to use it is waaaaayyyyyy too much! The website is extremely convoluted and very, very, very redundant. I'm not sure why there is so much of the same info on varying pages on the website with hyperlinks to the same stuff said in just a slightly different way but I'm so overwhelmed with the instructions and the clicking on this link and opening up another page just to say the same thing differently that I have stopped using a very helpful device/tool as much because to go through everything is like taking a class from a teacher that tells you to read three different editions of the same textbook. It doesn't need to be this way. If you want your customers to actually have lasting relief then stop inundating them with excessively redundant information with a constant barrage of hyperlinks. It's ridiculous and dissatisfying to be bombarded with so much info in different places. I mean fine, if you want to put that much info about a muscle either put everything on one page (anatomy, pain patterns, using the tool, muscle release, stretching, strengthening, etc.) or make a section for each individual thing, not random bits of the same info mixed with other helpful parts. Sorry if my review seems a little redundant but, now you see how it is.

It’s too hard for my skin. I feel worst than falling to the ground on my back. Ihave being taking arthritis plus for two days and still my back hurts. Can I return it? I don’t remember. Please let me know.

I received my Claw an hour ago. I just used it and how it released all those knots is amazing! Thank you so much for inventing this tool. I am pleasantly surprised and love all the info-structions. I've tried balls of all sorts, foam rollers, wooden rollers and this by far is the best and most effective tool ever!

Not impressed. Same as using lacrosse ball if you know what your doing and basic body anatomy. Does nothing more For $70 I expected more than a rubber paper weight.

This has helped me more than expensive shots and a potential surgery. I'm so happy to have found it!

love the stability to roll out my muscles (over massage ball). great multifunctionality. did wonders on my pelvic girdle and lower back. my only constructive feedback is ai found the videos describing different massage techniques not ideal to illustrate the anatomy

This has already been helpful for back pain. I appreciated the easy instructions and links to videos. Customer support was great in re-sending when the package didn't initially reach.

Useless product. just a few pages. The company shares most of this free on youtube. Alltogether diapointing
