Fantastic! What an amazing product the therapy pad is. I was in agony & locked up from sciatica for nearly 8 weeks, when i saw this advertised on my instagram feed. After reading reviews i thought i’d try as i was in terrible pain. After only a few sessions on my lower back, i began to release & now I'm almost pain free & nearly back to normal! I honestly can't recommend this enough! Thank you so much backpainhelp company! Even my neighbour has now ordered one after seeing how it helped. Im taking this everywhere now. Hope it can help others like it has me!

This item arrived in timely fashion, in perfect condition, and does what it says it does.

I can honestly say I have never come across such excellent customer service. I needed some advice on something I had brought from them. They answered with in minutes and even gave their office number if I still needed more advice.

Easy to order, swift delivery and a good product. Ordered it to ensure my posture while working from home (not office desk set up). Already starting to notice benefits to back, neck and shoulders through avoiding slouching.

I was looking for a back support product and I found that BackPainHelp had it cheaper than other sites. I was hesitant to order from there because I didn’t know them but they had great reviews. I received the product really quickly. I am very happy with them and would definitely order again.

Simple to use and certainly helps in reducing pain

I ordered the laptop desk. It's better than the competition but this is my second one because the first one broke. There are some plastic parts inside and one broke over time. This was with careful adult use, but just setting the desk down, it collapsed one day. Overall, though, much sturdier than anything else I've found out there.

Last time I ordered from Amazon, this time I ordered direct. Next time I'd go with amazon again because the company didn't send out any notification for shipping or tracking.

Was unsure about this product but thought it was worth trying and I am pleased I did.
I can feel a difference in my hands after use,I would recommend giving it a go.

The idea is good, but the product is uncomfortable.
I bought the neck brace because it looked exactly what I needed to hold my head up due to a neurological disorder.
The chin rest is made of an uncomfortable material, and I had to wrap it with a cotton cloth.
The side braces have a curve that digs into my clavicle making it extremely painful.
I wrapped each of them with cloth medical tape.
The whole brace has been modified until I try another brand.

Really too bad because wearing a soft collar was not helpful that is why I tried your product.

I am very happy with the Neck Helper. It does what it says and is very comfortable to wear.

The belt itself has been very beneficial in reducing the pain and enabling me to work standing up for much longer periods of time. However, one of the contact strips attached to the belt has torn off completely by the velcro when taking off the belt. It will need to be superglued back on.

It was to small to fit and extremely uncomfortable to wear for any time.

Have had astoundingly brilliant results from using the therapy pad - a lot of my pain is from lower back stiffness and this nifty little device has reduced that pain significantly. Literally take it everywhere with me. When I lost the charger I contacted customer service panicking that I literally ‘couldn’t be without it’ and they sent out a complimentary charger same day for me. Amazing service - thank you xx

Having bought a competitor’s product that was too large, I contacted Customer Services at Backpainhe for guidance and received very helpful advice. It was over the festive period and I was really surprised to get such a prompt response. I went on to buy products that I am very happy with.
