I ordered two items, a tshirt and some joggers. The tshirt arrived the wrong colour to the colour shown on the image online and the joggers came with a note to say that the ones I had ordered were out of stock so they'd sent some others and hoped they were ok. I wouldnt use the website again.

Super fast delivery of the medium size Bad Boy holdall.
Even though the Strap was missing, I called them up and it was delivered two days later.

I was planning on buying from badboy but I was having second thoughts. Can I trust them?
I went ahead to buy a training bundle in order to get for my newly started Kickboxing classes. I was glad that the package arrived on Tuesday, when I ordered it Saturday night.
When I opened the box I checked to find any damage or stains and stuff. The gloves were fine, there were bits of fine thread coming off the logo, though. But this is expected. When I got the shin guards out I noticed that the stitching had come away at the back quite badly. I emailed Deepblue (the distributors, I think) about it and they said they would refund me half.
Overall the service is great. If you don't like what you have got, you can just send it back, but they don't refund the post and packaging costs if you are returning unwanted items.

The items i have purchased both now and in the past have been to the highest quality with excellent delivery times and don't fade or decrease in quality over a long period of time.

Hi,Hem is not a hater of BB but I want to say is that bought Bad Boy Duffle Bag in my 1st order which is dispatch with in three days and Bag is very good but I'm disappointed with my second order (Bad Boy Water Bottle,T-Shirt & Crew Cap ) I get my 2nd order lately bcoz Bad Boy had sent it in wrong address & it returned to Royal Mail Office, finally I get it after showing my ID,Invoice to Mail Officer & another thing is that the Water Bottle that I like very much bcoz of print in it (logo) start to peel off with in 4days and there is no response of Mail
