Wrost customer service ever I spent…
Wrost customer service ever I spent over 3,000.00 but I was delivered damaged furniture! I asked for a $100.00 refund but there customer service manager Nancy refused to give me such a minimum refund I waited patiently for over 7 months for a resolution. I waited for 7 months for Nancy to contact me!! I have spent over 10,00 at Badcock Home furniture and more and I was treated like dirt!!

I get it, it's been hard to get things shipped. I have ordered from many other business's during this time including for furniture but at least they were HONEST and told me if and what the delay would be. And they kept their word. I never waited for more than 3 weeks for anything.
Not this place. 1st off, they should have told me that even though I ordered in May and my delivery date was 1st week of June...that I wouldn't be getting my furniture till mid August!
The manager has a chip on his shoulder. I also notice they slipped in an "insurance" charge for each item that I didn't ask for. I was p.o.'d with his attitude and just wanted to get out of the store, so I'm paying for that. We'll see what happens if I have to actually use it. When I would call to find out an update on the delivery, each time it was pushed back further with a "guestimate" date. The employees who answer the phone have a horrible customer service attitude saying "well, you waited this long, what's a little longer". Seriously?
Save yourself a ton of aggravation, go somewhere else. They really don't have a good selection to choose from anyway.
I would like to add...I finally PAID for someone with a trailer to go pick up 2 of my items that they had on the floor. I get a call within a couple of days of that "my order is in for my 3rd item." Are you kidding me?!
AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR FULL DELIVERY!!! $140.00 for delivery charge, even though I picked up bulk of order and they only delivered ONE item. Beware! Shop elsewhere.

I was given a $4000 credit line at Badcock's,but only used half of it. I am do glad to say I paid my account in full today.Though the pricing for merchandise is a little steep compared to other furniture companies, the staff has been awesome at assisting me with everything that Ive needed. Thanks for everything you all

Just do not buy mattress set there.
Bad., bought a king size mattress set, after search everywhere, we ended there and they offer us the best quality product they have for a reasonable price $1200.00 dls....goes bad, warranty rep come to the house and order a replacement;same thing a big hole in the middle..i sleep in a hole....all this in less than 2 years. Also they offer me "0 interest " if i open the acct...wrong ; 1st statement a regular credit card with 24% rate ! take note i have 780 credit score...so..i just pay off the darn thing and promise will never buy or recommend this store to anyone.
