I haven't received the purchased product. I've paid about 100$ for the product I wanted, and instead I've received a 17$ one!
All this after waiting 19 days...

Nu recomand ! Nu va așteptati sa primiti comanda in 14 zile. E o minciună. Poate după 30 de zile. Nu se stie nociodata unde e coletul. Doar te anuntă că a plecat,dar stă pe drum cam 20 zile. Mai bine comandati de pe alte site uri din China.

Great for things you don't need in a hurry and cant get locally.

I ordered some, took a month, i think they dont have any products, just take ot from others, this is a scum, stay away and dont pay only at delivery

The 7 to 14-day delivery time shown when you click on a product is a scam. If you read their terms of service, the actual delivery time can take up to 30 days, which makes everything very misleading. Also, the customer support doesn't give you any information about the delivery because they don't even know themselves when it's going to be delivered.

Evitați acest magazin! Am făcut un retur pentru comanda 2952705, coletul a ajuns la ei, iar pe e-mail susțin în mod mincinos că mi-au trimis banii pe data de 19.05. Când le-am cerut Ordinul de Plată ca dovadă pentru bancă, au refuzat să mai răspundă și m-au ignorat complet. Am depus deja plângere oficială la ECC România (Centrul European al Consumatorilor). Nu recomand, total neserioși!

I placed an order, it came, but late. I didn't think the order would arrive.
Anyway, product is ok, is not original.
The issue is with the communication. They suffer very much on this matter and the website is misleading you on orders.

Terrible quality. I have ordered Santa' hat . It looked like it cost 50 cents from Ali express. Delivery was late and no response from customer service. I will never order again

Poor quality products! I purchased a parrot toy, which came deseaseambled! No instructions in the box, poor quality wood and screws! The holes in the pieces of wood were not centered, and you could easily brake them.....The rotating system also is not made for parrots that weight 50- 70 grams! All in all, not a good experience and will not recommend the company!

Ordered a gift on September 10th, received an email on September 16th claiming my order left from the warehouse, still no updates until September 23rd, only to find out that my order never left. Automatic email responses and the worse customer experience ever.

Misleading photos of the product
According to the first photo, the package was supposed to contain 500 pcs, while in reality it contained 100 pcs.

Support said "It doen't matter because the 500 pcs is not in the title of the product"

Support also claimed that I bought 100 pcs
While the product didn't have options for number of pieces, but "Colors", which was refering to the packaging, and not to the size

After our chat, Badu disabled the product, claiming that it contained a wrong image -- precisely the "500 pcs" image they tried to belittle in front of me.

Instead of being honest with me.

The worst experience! I bought a present for a friend and it came a month after his birthday. From that Day the spam was unbelievable and since last midnight they're sending me emails confirming an order I never made. Don't trust them!

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Never order to that shop who was Badu.ro, then Badu.bg and now Badu.hu, you will never receive your product !!! I ordered a sweetshirt for my son, they took my money and they say it's still in transit after 3 months !!!! 😡😡😡
I will ask what I can do against them on a internet law site.
