I am quite angry
I am quite angry. My 8-year-old grandson decided he wanted to donate his fire station to children in Gaza and families in need who are in similar situations, rather than selling it for some pocket money. So we thought the Human Appeal was a perfect choice. However, when the collector arrived, he carelessly knocked the roof off the toy, damaged it, and left it behind, along with other bags of toys that my grandson had chosen to donate. The collector showed no regard for these beloved toys, simply tossing them into the van without any care. My daughter called to express our dissatisfaction, and the representative promised to look into the situation and return our call, which we are still waiting for. This was our second collection; the first was handled without any issues, and all items were treated with care. I am now exploring other charitable organizations that may be more appreciative of our donations. My grandson is quite upset about what happened.
