Shocking shocking shocking experience.
I ordered 6 things - 6weeks went by ( ok no fuss Chinese post ) i eventually receive some tracking information the day before delivery from Parcel Force.
I only received 1 wallet -and that was damaged and nothing like the photos.
Fortunately i had paid with PAYPAL - they had to fight to get my money back .
I had proof of camera footage - 1 small package & me querying “where was the rest of my package”
If i hadn’t of shown my security footage of the package being delivered , i would of lost my money all £381.
I tried 6 times or more trying to contact BAGINC
Completely ignored me - disgraceful service.
Stay well away ladies - go to Carla Ferreri or Borse in Pelle - Vera Pelle .

Do not buy this bag. It looks great but the handles do not last. I used it for a month just to and from work with very little stuff inside and the handles began to rip through. I worked with customer support for 5 weeks and they kept saying "your issue has been escalated" but never actually did anything to help despite the money-back guarantee listed on their site. I'm so disappointed!

I ordered a neem oil box . I waited, waited, and waited , but I didnt receive any confirm email from them. I search online and I regret that I didn't read review before buying their stuff.....
Hope that nobody in the same situation like me :(

Ordered my bag and then read some awful reviews. My experience has been great. Good communication and bag arrived quickly. The bag is fantastic replica. I already have a genuine Givency. This one is just perfect. I am absolutely thrilled. Will use company again

SCAM! Do Not Buy!

Despite the bad reviews, decided to give this site a try. I was quite nervous placing the order but the 'gucci replica' bag looked very nice so decided to take a chance. I have been contacting customer service but no reply from anyone from Baginc. Eventually, I received the item. item took about 1 month to arrive, which is really slow shipping. Nonetheless. bag received and I am happy with it.

I ordered a bag pack. I received a tracking number and it magically got lost once it arrived to US. They wrote back that they would ship express and till the day I have not heard from them … this is a scam!! And I am a fool for not reading the reviews… if you read this and buy from them you are an idiot!!! I have reported this company at the report fraud website ( this does not allow me to post the link)

The company is a scam. They said my item has been shipped and I never received a tracking number. Then I reached out to them no response. They switch company names so the will not get caught. They have 3 different names under baganzee.com. Then on top of it all they shut down the website where I bought it. It comes up on the goggle shopping do not give these people your money!!!!!

ITEM IS STILL SITTING IN A GEORGIA POST OFFICE ,seller didn't pick it up.

If I could give this site (moderwear) 0 stars i would. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT purchase from this website. They say their product is money back guaranteed but they make it impossible. I received a bag that literally fell apart when i took it out the package. I sent them a picture. They stated they could give me a percent (20) back or i could send it back at my cost. I sent it back 2 months ago, it has been sitting in China customs for over a month. They have the tracking but they are refusing to give me a refund until the receive the bag . Scammers.

I have gotten 2 bags from Bag inc. both are perfect!! I have had great customer service contacts both times! I have recommended this company to a friend. Her bag just arrived and she loves it! I will continue to purchase from them! Thank you, BagInc!!

I'm very disappointed with this company, comfywearing.com they advertised these handbags like its leather, but it's not. Never again will I purchase from them. I should have read reviews first before I purchase. Learning experience.

This company is a scam, I paid $255 and have not received LV bag and can’t get any answers, phone number is never answered. Avoid this company.

I ordered a backpack with included lunch bag and pencil bag. The bag showed up missing the items and was told i had to pay an additional 20 dollars for the other items. This place is a scam . My order clearly says 3pieces as well as the screenshot they sent me.

But FedEx confirmed this company is out of country and never had any merchandise pickup. "A SCAM," I never received this product. WARNING: DON'T LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONIES..... Received the bag in decent time and is plastic not leather. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. PAID $60USD for a peice of plastic which might last a week. BS!!! Don't make the same mistake.

I placed an order from Baginc then read the reviews(that was stupid) so I thought I just wasted $100 great....the reviews were horrible but a few of them actually had the same experience that I got....The bag is great well put together it's actually worth the $100 I paid the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it took about a month to receive and their customer service is not the best regarding emails. Other than that I'm happy with the bag.

I mean I liked the bags (I got like 10 bags and some rings✨) and I got mine in less than a month so good vibes✨Worth it but maybe I was just lucky
