After reading several good reviews, I felt confident ordering from Baggining. I ordered a bag on 4/5 and heard nothing from them; not even tracking info. On 4/17 when, according to their website, my order was still “processing” I contacted them to get an order status. To be fair, they did respond quickly saying “they didn’t have all the materials to make my bag” and offered 3 options; (1) a refund (2) choosing another bag or (3) waiting until they had the materials. My problems with this are (1) It’s not stated anywhere and I highly doubt these bags are handmade as implied in their response. (2) THEY should have contacted ME if they were unable to fulfill my order. I used PayPal thankfully, and had already opened a case. I chose a refund and sent documentation to PayPal showing they had agreed to a refund so we’ll see if they follow through in a timely manner. Personally, I’ll never order from them again and wouldn’t recommend them. Since the majority of reviews are good, I’d recommend using PayPal if you do decide to take a chance.

I had a wonderful experience. I ordered and had my bag here in two or three days. It is beautiful quality and one of the best smelling leather bags!! Highly suggest. I tried to order the same bag from another company and had to do a dispute on my card after waiting a month and never receiving. This is a wonderful and trusted company. I will definitely order bags in the future!!

I ended up buying two bags from them and they are both absolutely gorgeous. I bought the green croc birkin in a 30... And the other, It's a hologram printed on vinyl I think, and it is in the shape and style of a birkin and it is just adorable. I couldn't believe the price of these bags, it was such a bargain and they are both spectacular. The quality is above and beyond. I wish I could add photos of my bags here so you could see just how gorgeous they are.

The bags are good quality inside and outside, real leather, nice details and good hardware, color matches the picture on the website, came very well protected and very fast shipping. Highly recommend Baginning for the products and the customer service.

I absolutely love my purchase from Baginning!! I purchased the brown 30 and it is the perfect size and it came with 2 twilly scarves. It’s very functional and looks luxurious. Shipping had me a lil nervous but the package came in exactly 7 days. I’m just overjoyed it got here. The customer service was amazing since this was my 1st time ordering from them. I have made two orders with Baginning and both times the experience was amazing and the bags were all beautiful. Getting ready to make my third purchase today.

The bag supplied was stinking of some oil based plastic and it looked cheap and smelly and felt like PU, not leather.
I wrote to ask for an address to return it to but they said it was too late and persisted with the pretence of leather . It was supposed to be a black croc leather embossed design . Ironically, I received a good quality embossed croc 'Marseilles" leather bag from Verano Hill afterwards which was of fabulous quality.
Baginning seem to make synthetic versions of some leather styles but unfortunately, they sent a faux leather one.
Not happy at all.

Okay, so I ordered my bags on December 3rd and paid $35 for express shipping so it would be here before Christmas. It is currently January 11th and the tracking number has not updated since it reached their “shipping partner” in Mableton Georgia on December the 26th. I reached out to try to get assistance 3 times before and after Christmas and was completely ignored until January 5th at which point I was pretty much told “oh well sucks for you it’ll get to you when it gets to you” almost exactly in those terms. So I asked for a refund of the $35 express shipping I paid for. Mind you, I have screenshots of my order number, my receipt email, my tracking information, and a screenshot of my order confirmation screen from directly after checking out that shows where I paid for the express shipping and the customer service agent literally called me a “liar” and conveniently where they updated their site AFTER CHRISTMAS to no longer offer different shipping speeds cites that they’ve never offered that service and I won’t be getting a refund of any kind.
I seriously urge everyone to stay away from this site. They are going to take your money and you’re never going to get the bag you paid for. I’m out $352 dollars and some change for Christmas gifts I’ve never received and was treated like I was a con-artist when I dared to ask questions.

I absolutely love my new handbag. The luxury inspired bags are amazing. I was a bit skeptical at first but their prices and the handbags themselves are top notch. I highly recommend Baggining to anyone looking for designer luxury inspired bags at an affordable price. My bag looks just like the real thing minus the stamps. They did a good job of making a beautiful look-alike bag at a price everyone can afford. They ship from China but don't let that scare you. The shipping was super fast, especially because I ordered mine during Christmas. You generally get your bag within 14 days at the most and that is including the time it takes to get through customs-Baginning cant really increase custom's processing speeds but they processed & fulfilled my order within 2-3 business days. I love my new Firkin Bag. It is gorgeous. The leather smells like leather, the inside is leather not satin or cloth like some designer inspired bags. They also included 2 twillys(scarves)with my order. My bag was protected well for shipping and it included silicone "feet" covers which I left on the bag to protect it. Beautiful bags. Will order from them again and recommend to fam and friends!

I was really excited about my leather satchel as it looked and felt really nice upon opening, but it didn't even take two weeks and only using it three times until the plaque broke off of one of the sangles. Really disappointing for the price.

Easy to buy, shipped fast (it was noted that it was in stock in the US). The bags are beautiful!! I have a mauve, and bought a peacock color for my grandma. Durable and beautiful!

Bought 2 bags and arrived beautifully and thoughtfully packaged. They're convincing but unlabeled dupes so no risk of the bags getting taken away for being "fake". Quality for the price point is amazing.
