The service was easy to use and the bags were delivered on time (even 15 minutes early). We had one special luggage, and got a very good service with it too. A phone number was needed to book the service and my Finnish number could not be used, so I hope there will be an update to that. However, we were able to make the resevation together with customer service via Whatsapp. Highly recommend this service!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. My daughter and I went to Lugano as one of our stops during our 4-weeks Euro trip. We had one huge and bulky luggage with us that I did not want to bring with us.
The unit I stayed advertised this company so I reached out right away and scheduled a pick-up before we left for lugano.
I wish I had remembered the guys name who picked up and dropped off our luggage but he was fast and efficient!
My luggage was in great condition. They wrapped it with a plastic bag and made sure it was tagged properly so it does not get lost. I would definitely use them again the next time I am in Milan!
