Good fit, comfortable and robust. Have been excellent to wear on a daily basis! Customer service was excellent at answering all my questions prior to purchase.

The recharge running shoe is great for trail running. The soles are very hard wearing (more so than I have found with more well known brands) and the ankle support is very good too. I like the organic cotton laces too.
Customer service is good and the founders are willing to explain how the grounding effect works and which options are best for your needs.

I bought a pair of Bahe shoes because I loved the story behind them, and because they are healing and grounding shoes. The shoes are comfy and a good fit and feel comfortable when running or training in them, I’ve had no issues,

Great company, love their transparency. Ordered a pair of barefoot shoes from them, wrong size, returns and exchange was very easy.
Had them for about a year now and they’re still going strong.
Got their sandals in the summer too - green ones look really nice and I can wear them for long periods of time without them rubbing which I have had with a lot of sandals before.

Great customer service, delivery was prompt and most importantly the product is awesome. Will be back again in the spring to get some of their sandals!!

Bahe are a small company with good values, and I had the pleasure of meeting them at the biohacking fair in London. They are not scammers - just a new company consisting of a very small team working hard to keep up the demand of more and more humans wanting shoes that fit their feet!

Update on Dec 8, 2024: after posting my experience on their website, on Trustpilot and directly emailing the Bahe, we still have zero replies from their team.

Bought two shoes from them for me and my wife. My wife’s shoe has split stitches on the back of the heel just after 5 weeks of use. It is the first time in our lives that we have seen stitching break in that area. Let alone 5 weeks of use. The shoes were pretty expensive too. We spent about £278. We even wrote about the issue on their website and email and there is no follow up.

Let’s see if they actually care about their customers here..

Well impressed, lightweight, look good, really comfortable, good for walking and running.

Warning: Scammers!

I ordered a pair of shoes and immediately regretted it. They looked nothing like the advertisement, and the quality was so cheap that I could easily compare them to poorly made knockoffs. When I tried to return the shoes, the real trouble started. Their customer support was a nightmare—nothing close to what you’d expect from a professional company.

They don’t even have a proper return policy. I was told I had to pay for return shipping, and they assured me I’d get reimbursed for it once they received the shoes. After following their instructions, they refunded me only for the shoes, not the shipping. They then gave me some ridiculous excuse as to why they wouldn’t cover the shipping costs, even though they had promised to.

Don’t waste your time or money on this scam!

I have to be honest and say that I never ended up getting my shoes. I had ordered a pair that were too big and ended up giving them to a friend. When I ordered the second pair for myself in the right size, there was a real fiasco with Royal Mail in the UK and La Poste in France where I live. It ended up in Customs limbo to the point where I had to have the shoes sent back to Bahé since they wouldn’t arrive in time for the trip for which I needed the shoes.

Despite this incredible confusion, when I reached out in distress to the company, one of the owners, Kishan, responded directly. Throughout the weeks of trying to get it sorted out, he was nothing but respectful and concerned for me as a customer. We stayed in regular communication and even while the shoes were still in transit back to his company, he refunded me the full amount. This is a company that respects their customers and I will definitely order from them again. Hopefully there will not be an issue with delivery this time but I do believe it was just an unfortunate fluke perhaps because of the Olympics and other things going on this summer.

I love my white Bahe’s. They are by far the most supportive and comfortable trainers I own. I have ran in many trainers but I always go back to my Bahe’s for the comfort. They also look great for everyday use.

Absolutely an amazing concept in applying it to a shoe! An old concept in a new innovation to benefit your health! Recently bought mine which are light and comfortable to wear and I am thrilled to wear them everyday 👍
