Love everything about this company! The quality of the product itself is superb and I haven't found better whole beans for our Eletta machine. But on top of this, customer service and delivery is absolutely spot on - quick, personal responses and a genuinely good reward programme for repeat purchasers. We started with the discovery bundle and quickly found our favourites - would recommend this to anyone considering a subscription. I took a 6 month break from caffeine while pregnant and with my baby due next week, I am counting down the days to my first cup of Balance Coffee!

I seldom leave reviews but there are some experiences that compels. Balance Coffee is one of them. It is the only coffee roaster that supplies coffee which does not give me jitters or side effects after caffeine intake - pure quality! After trying several roasters across the country, I think Balance is probably best in the country imho. The best in taste, quality and customer service.

I have been ordering with Balance for several months now and not only is their coffee outstanding in terms of quality and taste but their customer service is also fantastic! I would highly recommend giving them a go! We love the Darkfire brand as its delicious!

So far the best coffee beans I've managed to get my hands on in London. We have a repeating order for the "Dark Fire Energy" and "Rotate" variants - can't decide which is better...

The coffee was delivered quickly, well packaged. I had ordered an espresso grind which unfortunately was not suitable for my coffee machine. Balance Coffee were so good when I emailed and explained my dilemma, and they arranged for a return and replacement. They also advised a more suitable grind for my machine, which they have now sent to me. They have been so helpful throughout and I look forward to trying the coffee soon!

Delicious coffee – first one I’ve ever had that didn’t need milk. Just had that perfect flavour you always imagine coffee should have (like in movies). Now I’m thinking maybe the bitter taste in other coffees was because they weren’t pure. Love that this brand actually tests for all the nasty stuff. Really makes a difference – thank you!

The excellence of customer service, the informative website and the very high quality of coffee all contribute to a pleasurable purchase experience. I found the coffee clean and free from contaminants -as the website points out. A very drinkable coffee (Stability Blend) with a touch of citrus that appeals to me. I tried making the coffee with aeropress, stove top and bean to cup ristretto and all methods produced a most satisfactory taste and mouthfeel. Pleased to recommend Balance Coffee most strongly.

I purchased three different types of beans and the Lions Mane Elixer from Balance. Royal Mail had some delivery issues however the support in helping to resolve them by the team at Balance was excellent. The coffee is Deee-licious - I've only tried the Rotate Espresso so far and it tastes exactly as described. I normally shop around to see what is new on the market but I will be a repeat customer from these guys. Don't miss out - try them.

I love this coffee. When I finished my subscription bag early i had to go back to my old premium supermarket stuff and did not enjoy it half as much. Great beans guys ☕️

I love a cup of lions mane coffee every morning. I am so much more alert and on my A game, genuinely feel like my brain has been flossed :)
It is a quality coffee and whilst it may seem a bit pricier than your supermarket roast it is worth the money and so much cheaper than a daily shop bought coffee. Love it!

I really enjoy the coffee, but I never really realised the actual benefit of it until recently when I ran out.
The company have been great to deal with Via email and fast to respond, easy to make changes to my subscription.

I can definitely recommend this company and the products I have tried so far. The coffee tastes clean, not bitter at all, and well-balanced. It is important that they test it for mold, heavy metals and other contaminants which are present in so many other brands. Delicious--a true pleasure!
