Please never ever order any clothing from this site I ordered a lavender pant suit it came in pink I ordered it for a wedding thanks for spoiling my day

SCAMMERS! Refused my returns and wouldn't give me a refund. They have the Paypal game down pat and know how to scam without Paypal disputing it.

I ordered a bathing suit 4 months ago. The tracking information was never updated and several emails have been unsuccessful in locating the package and they refuse the refund. Do not buy anything from this site

They take their photos from other websites online and try to recreate extremely cheap/poorly made versions that barely resemble the photos; when you try to make a return they make you send photos of yourself wearing the clothes to show they don't fit, then require you to pay for return shipping to China, then cease to respond to you. I spent and lost $98 on this site. It needs to be reported. HUGE SCAM.

Balanla is a joke, I wish I never ordered from them. The only priority this online retailer had was they made sure to have taken your money and that was the last of it. They do not honour their so call return policy as stated on their site. The quality of the clothes was complete garbage, should have known better then to order anything from China. I took the trouble and sent the items back with complicated instructions that made no grammatical sense. It has been 2 months with numerous follow up emails and no response from these imbeciles. Looking forward to the day when Balanla no longer exists!

TERRIBLE. AWFUL. SERIOUSLY. Don’t make the mistake I did of purchasing from this company. First, the order took almost a month to be delivered, second- the clothing is REALLY cheap quality and does not fit the body appropriately (I’m average size), third- I paid for the shopping back to China, tags attached and only having tried them on for 30 seconds, and we have still not been refunded. This is now been over 2 months- starting middle of July, 2019. The customer service is total garbage, giving you the run around on refunds and 75% of the time not responding to my follow up emails. I’ve never ever (for real) experienced this poor quality of customer service from any retail purchase made in all my years. I wish I would have read more reviews first and NEVER purchased anything from this awful company. Save yourself the mess and headache. There are plenty of other options out there then to waste time on a company like Balanla.

10/9/19 update:
They refuse to refund me. The clothing was tried on, didn’t fit, and paid shipping to where they told me to send it back. This was in July. They send the same email circling back to a script they sent right in the beginning of this terrible process. We finally reached out to our credit card company and got refunded that way. PLEASE don’t purchase from this company. It really is a total scam.

This store is a huge scam. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The product I got in the mail was a very poor imitation of the photos shown. The biggest waste of $28 I have ever spent.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. None of the items were even close to what I ordered. I ordered a white tank that came with a big brown stain. I attempted to get a refund and they offered me a $10 voucher. I had purchased with PayPal and still have yet to receive any refund. My advice... you’re better of burning your cash; at least you’ll know what to expect.

STAY AWAY! This company is a scam! I tried returning items that I didn’t end up needing for a trip. They gave me ridiculous instructions on how to return the items, shipped it and haven’t heard from them or received my money back! They only communicate through email so I can’t even call to file a complaint. SCAM!

I paid extra to get the items before my vacation and still had to wait two extra weeks. Luckily for me the items SUCKED anyways so I didn’t miss out on anything. Tried to return and never got a response from them again, just save all your emails and dispute the charges directly with your credit card company. That’s how I got all my money back and didn’t have to send their terrible products all the way back to CHINA!

I wish I didn’t have to do any stars. This is a scam. The clothing and swimsuits don’t lol like the photos and they are made out of the worst fabric. I asked for a refund. Sent the clothing back. Showed proof of my return and they still never returned my money. They ignore your emails or send canned responses. Scam scam scam. Do not order from here!

DO NOT BUY FROM BALANLA or any other sites similar
First of all, they use images from other sites, making it seem like their clothes are of better quality but when you actually receive them, you would learn that the the quality is so bad. Learn from my mistake. I returned them back to CHINA even though the return shipping costed me more than half of what I paid but I just wanted to return them. Paypal is honestly no help either. I feel like they side with the sellers more than the buyers. You've been warned.

This company has figured out how to avoid PayPal disputes. For returns, they give you ridiculous instructions and an address that is not associated with their Paypal account or their business address on their website. Once you return the items using a trackable shipment and then inquire multiple times about why the refund hasn't posted over a month later they stop responding. PayPal can't help because you returned it to an address not associated with the business but they suggested disputing directly with credit card company and that worked. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very poor quality clothing material and almost impossible to return items.

The quality is super cheap and the fit isn't at all what it looks like on the models. They return policy is ridiculous too! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Worst experience ever! No reliable business. I ordered a dress that wasn't expensive at all- when I got it the fabric was so poor and the patterns were not like the advertised pictures, so I decided to claimed a return... first they were responding my emails and gave and address for the return- once return I give them the tracking number. It has been more than a month now and have not received a response from them - they are ghosting my emails!!!! Shameee on thisss!

Awful return policy!! You email them to get a sketchy address to return to. They insist you not use Fedex, DHL, etc to avoid taxes. I sent my package to return 3 weeks ago and have not received a refund.

I am not one to write reviews, but feel I need to warn others! This looks like a legit website and made to look like an American or Canadian company. But don’t be fooled! The items were shipped from Shanghai and are cheaply made synthetic knockoffs of the pictures (one I noticed is stolen from an Instagram blogger) they have posted on their site. I tried to return the items and they wouldn’t honour the 15 day return policy. They said they would refund me $8 and a discount code for my next order, because postage would be higher than the items I purchased. Be wary, I listened to a podcast on NPR about other websites that sound identical to this, it’s basically a pyramid scheme of scammers setting up legit looking website and selling cheap goods. Reverse google image an item from their site and you’ll see how many similar websites it shows up on. You can tell that the items came from a wholesaler, they are packed in a generic plastic bag with a bar code, there are no tags, no washing instructions, or Balanla branding to be found. Also, guess why their ratings on their products are so high? Their admin has to approve it before it’s posted. Surprise, my bad review never showed up on their site. Do not buy a single item from here this is fraud!

This website is not legit. Yes I received what I ordered but the material quality was poor and looked NOTHING like the pictures.

When I asked for a refund they said I would have to pay for my own shipping. Then, I never got my refund, which I reminded them of, and they said they never got my package. Luckily I was ready with my USPS tracking number that said it was delivered THREE WEEKS AGO! Still waiting to see if they'll give me a refund now. I'm still worried that they might steal my credit card number or something, that's how sketchy this company is.
