This is an amazing piece of work that they came out with, because on a daily basis I get compliments on my bracelet because of how well it is made and the gold shines more brighter every time I take a shower. I am allergic to fake go. It breaks me out and I let everyone know that it is 18k on the outside over stainless steel, but it’s not pure all the way through, but you get your moneys worth.

I am completely satisfied.

I was completely satisfied with my pieces. The 18k finish is amazing and I can wear them while working out, swimming, in the shower with no worries of fading or tarnish. Definitely a great investment. I am thoroughly impressed.

The best gold chain goes to BALANZI

I had no idea this material would be so high quality and the shine isn’t fading away I been in the swimming pools, sauna, steam rooms and showers and everything still the same no break outs or irritation! Love the quality definitely I will buy more and the prices are so reasonable it’s been a while since I’ve seen one of these quality hope it last long I’m wearing this chain & bracelet about 2 weeks now and so far so good …hope the warranty won’t change !!!! And very good in responding back to customer / service and support…..

Normally, our delivery timeframe is 5 to 8 business days, but this time, we ran into some unexpected delays after moving to our new warehouse. This is actually the first time we’ve ever experienced this kind of issue, and as soon as we realized what was going on, our higher-ups and warehouse team jumped in right away to get things sorted.

Still waiting for my item, they did send an email with a proposed solution, but will not give credit for the proposal until it becomes an action, and I get my item.

This situation has been just as upsetting for us, as it's the first time we've encountered this kind of delay since moving to our new warehouse, which we had to do due to recent tariff changes. Unfortunately, your package got stuck in Customs, and while that’s out of our direct control, we take full responsibility for the experience you’ve had.

Our team, from our higher-ups to our warehouse, has been working behind the scenes to fix this, and we’re not just offering apologies. We’re actively resending your order right away, and you’ll still receive the first package as well. If it makes it to you, it’s yours to keep.

Delays like this are extremely rare for us, and honestly, this is the first time we've heard of a situation where a customer had to personally deal with another postal service to track down their package. That’s definitely not the kind of experience we want any of our customers to go through. We ship hundreds of orders each week and deliveries usually go smoothly, so your case is far from the norm.
