I was advised by email a confirmation date and address for the delivery of my new Ford transit custom . Balgors organise my vehicles to go direct to my sign writer in Chelmsford . The company has carried it this process many times for me , as a favour to me as a good customer . Also both my tracking company and my racking company both companies again carried out this process many times . I then pick the van up a few days later once all completed . I can understand what I was advised as technical difficulties. However I am sorry I don’t believe this you must of had a driver ready to deliver a van organised with paperwork standing there with nothing to do so please don’t insult my intelligence. It wasn’t until I think around 3 pm I got advised by my sign writer no van had arrived he then phoned Balgors for an update to be advised it would not be arriving . Also the van was insured for this day . I then get the response that it was a technical issue and when my supplier contacted Balgors being polite as he is said it was not a problem. It was a problem . I am the customer not my supplier schedules train tickets work schedules all had to be changed by a day . Putting my polite and accommodating suppliers in the same boat . However as a good client to my suppliers and as a good will gesture I will do something to compensate them for something that should have been done as it has many times before in the way of a drink some chocolates or a voucher . So I am looking towards Balgors to replicate that to me so I can thank my suppliers for there ongoing support in what is difficult trading as a small business these days . So this is the reason for the poor service .

Overall great experience from initially obtaining quotes through to order and delivery of car.
A couple of things that happened otherwise it’d have been 5 star.
Firstly, I had my quote and was ready to place my order, when attempting to do so I was told the deal had been withdrawn. I then got a callback to say it was available again but the price had gone up slightly. It was still a great price so I still placed the order but thought it a little suspicious.

Secondly, I was told the price was based on me taking delivery of the car before the end of September. Fine with me but as it got closer to the end of the month it was apparent the car wasn’t going to be available in September. It was delivered in 3rd Oct which suited but the communication could have been a little clearer.

Otherwise the team at an Balgores were great to deal with (Charlie initially) and even when I had a query on the delivery day Treena responded while the delivery driver was with me and answered the questions. Katie giving a follow up call was also a nice touch and reassurance that they are available to assist.

The proccess was very easy with no fuss or issues, it was very well carried out, would recommend Balgores Leasaing to anyone, I didn#t even have to leave my house as I trusted them completly

Really happy with the process of getting a lease car, was able to sort things out quickly, any queries I had were responded to promptly, all in all it was hassle free, would recommend.

Baglores ask you to write a review once you have a contract in place, not when you have received your car. It's easy to give good service when you have sold something without delivering it. I signed a contract with a delivery date of 1st September, while verbally being told it may be the end of September. I have had to chase the team 3 times asking for a delivery date, to which I have still had no clear answer. The latest reply says the car will be in stock with the dealership on 23rd October and has given no clarity to actual delivery date. So far it is looking like 8 weeks minimum from the date on my contract with no proactive communication with me or an updated expected delivery date. Terrible experience.
