Did upgrade my plan from standard to advanced after a few month of use. Got a few down time but the owner and dev are very actif on discord and help fast.

I use the VPS service that Bandit Host offers in order to host multiple game servers at once in a single dashboard without having to change which game my server is running when my friends want to play a different game each month.
The price is incredibly competitive, the staff members are attentive and knowledgeable, and support tickets never go long unanswered.
Despite the fact I use the VPS service for something it was not designed nor intended for it works very well. Easiest 5-star review I have ever given for any service I have used.

Absolutely recommend this hosting website for vintage or minecraft. I have used other websites in the past and anytime i face issues with adding mods, configuring the files or anything relating to the server or game they take days or even up to a week to respond. And when they do respond its usually an robot email. With bandit host I had a question relating to starting up the server and assumed it would take a while if i did a ticket so i ended up joining their discord server and joining in the waiting room VC and began typing my question in general trying to see if i could get help. I couldnt even write 3 words before im moved into a help session with the owner of the service asking how he can help! He helped me set up the server within 10 minutes. i ended up having to ask 3 more time about other things since I am lazy and didn't want to do it on my own and every single time i got help within 3-7 minutes. I shared my screen and he even helped me add lines of code into the config and went above and beyond helping me and my friends set up our server. I 100% recommend supporting them and using their services!

I opened a ticket asking if a specific port was blocked and they got back to me within the minute explaining everything, 10/10 service and great pricing on the VPS servers.

Company is easy to get ahold of and very understanding. We had a delay in maintenance and was able to get ahold of the employees very quickly. Would definitely recommend using if looking to boot up your own server!

Setting up the server was straightforward, quick, and low-maintenance.
The team assisted with transferring our files and answering all questions that arose.
