This so called merchant called BANDOO are crooks, i have never ever used this company or heard of them but they managed to get my details from some were
and scammed me out of £70+ pounds, i only found out when i checked my credit card to find out it was a
recurring payment. Bank involved to try and get it sorted, please do not touch this so called firm with a barge pole CROOKS/SCAM/AND CON MERCHANTS

I ordered one pack of nail pens and received two and was charged for two on automatic payment which I did not authorise on pay pal.
I was also charged for a different pack of nail pens which I never ordered but was charged for.

I am experiencing great difficulty in solving my problem.

Crooks of the highest order"pay for three get ten" no I got five and paid for ten, no response from the company at all.
So I gave them a go, results zilch, except the pads turn black, they claim the pads will gradually get to a point where there is no reaction, but again after three weeks just as black as the first day. This is a company that thrives on those desperate for relief from 24/7 pain despicable.

See their advertisement on YouTube decided to give foot pads a try .. Pressed order button for £14.99 but they took £35 without authorization.. Foot pads never arrived and apparently got returned to Bandoo . Now they say due to their company policy there will be no refund and no replacement.. Do not be fooled like me .. Will be checking trustpilot in future before I purchase anything online .. TOTAL SCAM

First the pads are a total waste of time and money, they had no effect what so ever. I think they woukd turn black if you stuck them on your forehead!
Second, I ordered a pack with the 70% discounr, the cost was £13.65. My account was deited for £13.65 AND £48,70 the same day. Trying to get in touch with Bandoo to ask for an explanation is next to impossible. All you can do is subnit an email which is never answered and you can't find a phone number for love or money. Don't touch Bandoo or any company related to it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I ordered the foot pads, had no problems with the order and received them in 4 days.
Tried them that before I went to bed, within 5 minutes after I put them on my feet after a very long stressful day, I was so relaxed and my feet started feeling like a million tonz of little stress balls, "so to speak" were being released & my feet felt so light. Will order them again. Great feeling!!

This Company is to be avoided they take your money but You don’t receive the goods U have paid for! I stupidly ordered twice before any of my 1st order had arrived! I ordered the teabags using Pay Pal I thought for added security! Wrong! I tried contacting the Company good luck with that!! I eventually contacted Pay PAL they wasn’t particularly helpful either (Lesson Learned) I did eventually receive one of my orders the Cheapest order I paid 35 .70. and £31 40p the sad thing is if sad is the right word is that the Teabags are really nice and I would have ordered again but obviously not now! so with my experience and I’ve found a lot others I would say order from this Company with caution with so many People experienc

Erst bei Abbuchung PayPal mektman den Fehler. Eine sofortige Stornierungsanfrage wurde abgelehnt. Da sich der Artiker bereits im Versand befinden würde ! Nach zehn Minuten.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM using the names Bandoo/Lulutox/GeneSarah. When you order a product from them at a given price, without you knowing until you have clicked 'pay', they include additional product at twice the cost and take the money on same transaction. On discovery of this unscrupulous act, contact with the supplier provided advice that the additional product could not be deleted from the original order because it had already been despatched (an outright lie because the time expired between realising the scam to contact with the supplier was approximately 1 hour), but I could return the product once received. Exchange of numerous emails saw Lulutox made offers for a refund rather than return the product, but when agreement was reached they said it would be a chargeback and that my bank had already begun the process. I had not asked my bank to take this action at that stage, so another lie.
I have now reported this supplier to the online cyber criminal authorities. If you decide to do business with this supplier, you do so at your own peril. Before you contact them, check reviews for them on TrustPilot and you will see numerous stories exactly like mine. They are an outright scam and must be stopped from defrauding people.

I only ordered 3 nail care pens which they changed me for. Then they charged me at the same time another 6 nail care pens I would like the 6 nail care pens refunded.

They don't and won't send any info to me on how I can return 2 bags of their tea. They keep telling you to do the same thing over And over. I have ordered from them before for patches. This was the 1st time for the tea. When I received it I see a caution on the back of the bag saying if you are taking prescription medicine, talk to your Doctor which I did and my Doctor said not to use it because of my medicine. They won't let me return it. They are playing games.Do not order from this company.They are rip offs and I won't be ordered in any more pads from them again. SAVE YOUR MONEY

C'est jne compagnie spécialisée dans le vol et l'escroquerie. J'ai commandé pour moins de 100$ et la compagnie me charge 200$. Le pire c'est que je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis et je leur envoie une multitude de émail pour me plaindre de la non livraison, ils me demandent de patienter. Après 2 mois d'attente, je demande mon remboursement et ils me le refuse catégoriquement. C'est une bande d'escrocs déguisée en compagnie ! Faites très attention !

I have been using Bondoo patches for 2 months. In my humble opinion these patches aren’t worth Crap.
You can get a chemical reaction with out any benefit. NOTHING has changed for me. No better sleep, no energy and after 2 months my ankles are still red and black.
The company ripped me off. My total order was $69 but they charged my credit card almost $200. They have no phone numbers and my CC wouldn’t help. Be careful.

Absolutety horrible, did a mistake in ordering. Tried within minutes to cancel . Which was not accepted.
Instead they told me my order already had left the warehouse- within minutes?!

Dont use them . Charged for items i did not order . Its a scam

You order and they'll charge you for 2lots without your authorisation.

Ordered from bandoo few weeks ago with my discover card. I tried to order again recently and was told that my discover card was not valid for some reason.

I don’t remember buying anything from this company and certainly haven’t received any goods. Apparently the money came via ApplePay and I’m in the process of reporting fraud to my bank to stop this happening again.

Bandoo is a scam, I should of known better . I've been dealing with neuropathy in my legs for a long time so always long for something better. I came across a video online and decided I'd give it a try.
It said it was a 14.99 for one box and then proceeded to change it to 25.99.
While still proceeding to charge me four more charges of of 39.99 . The bank flagged two of them but let the rest go through.
