Wanted to order minimum amount, a number of "exclusive offer" pages which I had to decline (about 7 of them) popped up before finally getting to a payment screen. No "confirmation" page before payment. Was charged for my order of 20 Plus an additional box of 40. As soon as I saw the payment on PayPal, less than a minute later, I emailed the company. They are refusing to cancel that part of my"order" which they say has already been processed (on new years day!) and are refusing to refund the additional payment they took.

Wow, didn't look for reviews until after the fact. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY AUTOMATICALLY BILLED AND SENT ME AN ORDER I DID NOT ORDER. Contacted them within 5 minutes to cancel and question order. Took 2 days to tell me too late and can't do anything about it. Notified my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM BANDOO. I have proof of their lies and reporting to authorities.

Do not use, take more money than advertised, cancelled order within the hour and they are saying they can’t cancel.

Do not use Bandoo - they up your order and have automated reply when querying.

I ordered some foot patches and after placing the order, the screen was showing other products and offers. At the end they asked me to confirm my order and the added more product. I ended up paying twice as much. Try to contact them and said that they contact me by email. THIS IS AN SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is criminal. The website is dodgy and the customer service is despicable. The way they con you into buying more then what you personally put in your cart is offensive. They have no conscience and try to blame the customer for the dodgyness of their own website. absolutely disgusting comoany and regardless of the product DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I made an order with this company for one product and they charged me for five items. I cancelled my order after seeing that they charged me five items. I got the email back from Mary Lou saying that the email I used to purchase the product is not the same one I used to cancel my order. I reported them to my PayPal and said that they sent order already and it can not be refunded. I have not received any order yet and no confirmation from them saying that my order has been processed. I wish I read the review of this company before. This company is a scam.

Don't buy any Bandoo products.
I ordered 1 product got charged for 5. Their website is set up to rip people off. Compify is the company they use. I tried cancelling my order the minute I saw they had overcharged me. I reported them to paypal I was told I was refunded part of the order but it's never been put back in my account. I had small win because paypal ended up giving me a $37 Compify told paypal I had received my order and couldn't refund me but it wasn't true. I hope this stops someone from being ripped off They had also signed me up for monthly subscription

Disgraceful company charged me 3 times and put me on a recurring order. Like everyone else I wish I had read the reviews. I haven’t even had confirmation of the order let alone revived anything. It’s definitely a scam !!!!!!!.

It should be 0 but I have to put one, ordered the knee patches for £24, I checkout and another two boxes were added for an extra £48, I tried to cancel but I am unable to, spoke to customer service and they said the can't and I should let family members try them, avoid this company at all cost, rip off merchants

Absolute disgrace of a company! Same experience as everyone else on here. I placed an order for 1 box and was charged for 5 boxes. All in all paid £60 when i only ordered £15 of goods. I too have emailed 10+ times and have just been fobbed off with ‘its already been shipped so there is nothing we can do!! How companies like this are allowed to scam so many people out of their hard earned money is beyond me!! It’s disgusting. Please please avoid this company like the plague. I only wish that i had read reviews before even contemplating ordering from these thieves!!

Unethical company. Same experience as others. Bought 1 box and purchase was switched to 5 boxes with a subscription set up in paypal.

Do not touch with a barge pole.Like others I wish I'd read reviews first.Took a double payment which they've now told me was an "upsell" and won't give refund.Worse in my opinion was that they tried to take a recurring monthly payment.Do not deal with these scammers or you will regret it

I look at the patches for relief my pain on my knees, I bought a pachets packet from £ 17.60 but in my statement it was more £ 38.75 . I didn’t bought any things else. I need cancellations this immediately! I’m so disappointed with this company. Please I wait for the cancellation my purchase

I wanted to try one packet of 10 foot pads advertised on Facebook with free shipping. I ended up with 5 packets and some detox tea and paying for shipping £98 later. I tried to review the order, cancel the order as it was not what I had knowingly ordered and just got robotic negative replies from Mary Lou. I admit I am not confident on line (and I failed to read the reviews) but the way this company operates is tantamount to bullying. Be very careful.

Nov. 2nd 2024, I noticed an add for foot detox pads and so I ordered one box through paypal, next thing I get notice from paypal saying I paid for q box and second order for 4 boxes. Total cost was 60 something dollars. I went to there web page and followed the instructions on how to cancell order. All I got was automated run around. I checked further and found out they set it up as reoccurring order each month. I think I was able to cancell this part by removing it from paypal. I just got notice of order being shipped so this company is a scam from word go. Read other reviews, same thing has happened to many others.

Should be no stars. I put one order through. They took 3 times my money in 15 seconds. I cancelled but they say I put 3 ordered through in 15 seconds I DID NOT. THEY TOOK 3 TIMES THE MONEY. This company are a load of robbers i have had the same problems as others this company should be shut down they are a bunch of robbers. I have got paypal looking into the problem i have had with them. They used to be called bandoo.com but they changed their names because they were doing the same as they are now but people have cotton on that they are the same company. They will be shut down eventually it is not possible for them to keep getting away with it. They should be prosecuted and sent to prison. It will happen one day no one gets away with criminal activity forever

I ticked the right box for what I wanted but it went through and automatically ticked all box's. I sent email within 2 minutes and got the usual response. (We will look into it) sent an email too.Then next day we can't help you it has been processed already.
Fed up with these type of companies. Don't order. Had to give one star but would have preferred none.

I have also been scammed by this company. Expecting 70% discount instead charged full price£48 was expecting £14
