Fab experience overall! Marwa from customer support answered all my initial questions with patience and professionalism. The car handover with Hassan was just as seamless and fast. He even waited over half an hour for my delayed flight without a single complaint! Absolutely stunning service. I dont need to look anywhere else for a car rental on my next trip.

Unfortunately the first car I received…
Unfortunately the first car I received from Bandys the AC wasn’t working they should really check this before handing over to customers. Apart from that the service was excellent I collected the car in Rabat airport smooth collection experience and they replaced the car with a new one in Casablanca the next day which had no issues. Then returned the car in tangier airport again very smooth handover good communication on where and how to return, I had scratched the car and it was quite dirty they made no issue of this as I had full insurance and only asked for a tiny fee for cleaning. Overall very happy and would use again as their price was unbeatable.

Excellent service
Excellent service, they managed to get me the car I needed in less than 2 hours. And I got it delivered to the airport after I no longer needed the car which was the end of the 5 days rental contract I asked if it was possible to drop it off at another city and they have that option too. Amazing
