The people - Nathan in credit was awesome during the whole process, especially at settlement stage. Due to an internal IT issue client missed the settlement cutoff on a Friday however, Nathan made it his mission to ensure it was settled so client could pick up his ute on the Saturday. This is the sort of service and experience you always remember.

Banjo ran a credit check on my personal file when they already knew they were going to decline the application.

I provided full financial information. They assessed the business information, declined — and then still marked my credit file anyway - despite me specifically discussing up front if we were suitable and the details around the credit check.

Unnecessary credit enquiries affect your record. This one should never have happened.

Be very cautious before giving them access to your information.

This is not about the outcome, but the application itself, that should never have proceeded to assessment based on the information provided upfront and discussed with your staff.
