I had a great experience with Banking Accelerator. The one-on-one coaching was especially helpful because it really guided me through the process whenever I had questions and made sure I was focusing on the right things at the right time. The program also has great resources for both technicals and behaviorals. Ben was very nice and supportive throughout the whole process as well. Overall, it made the recruiting process more structured and manageable; I would definitely recommend it.

I joined Banking Accelerator in late December after doing most of my networking and preparing for interviews, and it ended up being exactly the final push I needed. The weekly office hours were super helpful because I could ask specific questions about recruiting, and my mentor played a huge role in sharpening my interview skills through mock interviews and personalized feedback. I had already put in a lot of the groundwork on my own, but this program helped bring everything together and gave me the extra edge I needed. I genuinely don’t think I would have gotten my offer without it, and I’m really grateful for the experience.

I've had a few people reach out and ask about the program before they had enrolled, and I always say that it's definitely better than other competing resources in my opinion. The bottom line is on par: the structure, services, etc. You can definitely get more out of this program if you are more active and ask for more — utilizing these 1on1 call with Ben, reaching out to people who landed an offer, etc. I've joined early on so I've witnessed the development of the program and I can assure Ben and the admins definitely care for improving and assisting you and your experience.

BA has been an incredible resource throughout the recruiting process. Being mentored 1 on 1 with someone who has gone through the process allows you to get a full understanding of the actions you should be taking to succeed. Also, all the course modules do a great job at preparing you for the interview process.

Ben and my coach were top notch. While there are other programs out there with similar offerings, I could not have asked for a better group of coaches and peers to go through the difficult recruiting process with. The live calls and lessons helped me develop a stronger and quicker grasp of both the technical and behavioral material, which made a real difference in helping me perform at my best during interviews.

Ben personally guided me on an interview process, told me exactly what videos and lessons to refer to in the program while I completed the case study, and gave me helpful, tailored tips for networking based on my past emails and resumes.

The technical portion of the program is hands down the easiest and simplest way to understand any concept - I was able to learn and absorb material from accounting - M&A/LBO 10x as fast and become much more confident for upcoming interviews.

The Banking Accelerator gave me the opportunity, resources, and mentorship needed to succeed in the IB recruitment process. The technical prep modules were extremely helpful in explaining each interview concept clearly and preparing me for the types of questions banks typically ask. Additionally, the resources provided, such as the application tracker, past interview question bank, and networking tracker, made the process much more efficient and organized. Being paired with a coach who recruited for the same role I was targeting was especially valuable, as it provided insight from someone who had gone through the process firsthand. Overall, I would highly recommend the program to anyone looking to break into investment banking.

The Banking Accelerator is the best resource for both technical and behavioral prep. I started recruiting later than my peers but was able to catch up fast. The 1-on-1 coaching felt genuinely personalized to my needs, and the weekly calls with Ben gave me the chance to ask questions and learn from other students in real time.
