No refund, no answer, no customer support
I sent money to my Bankoff account. After visa suspended bank's services, I asked the bank to transfer my money back to my crypto wallet. I didn't get an answer. I tried to contact them several times already, starting the 3rd of May and still have no answer. My $4500 are somewhere in the bank and the support never gave me any information on what to do, so I guess they are not returning clients money!
