Bad quality clothing and bags.
Bought a cute bag from banned a few months ago and it has started deteriorating and falling apart, which is very disappointing for a £40-50 bag.
I also bought some cute trousers from here which are stretchy and have lace up flare. They immediately were going bobbly and had little elastic threads sticking out everywhere, this was with me following the care instructions on the label. They ended up with holes at the thighs within a month, and the fabric has little elastic threads sticking out everywhere. These were £50 trousers. Avoid this brand if you want anything that lasts. This brand is labeled 'alternative' but making low quality clothing isnt very alternative.

Customer service is absolutely horrendous, I waited over 5 days for a response and never got one. The shipping status was also never updated, and the product randomly appeared on my door while I was still asleep, so I could have entirely missed it. The product is quite good, but avoid ordering from here. Unless you are ready to have a really bad excperience.

I love ordering from Banned Retro. The clothes are lovely and the shoes are stunning. The Customer service was good and I will definitely order again. Thank you.

Had a similar issue to other users, returned a parcel to banned and they never contacted me about a refund and now won't even respond to my emails. Dreadful customer service and poor quality clothing to top it off. I've lost £59 to them. Avoid at all costs.

For several weeks I have asked the customer service at Banned Alternative to call DHL to complain about the shipping/package, due to the fact that a bag I bought was lost. They claim they called DHL and think everything is resolved, but the bag is still missing and I have spoken to DHL Sweden who say that Banned Alternative did not call them at all, and I ask them time and time again to call DHL in Poland to complain about the package and to come in with a case number to DHL Sweden but nothing is done. For several weeks I have been on the phone with DHL Sweden who over and over again tell me that I have to ask Banned Alternative to come in with a call, but Banned Alternative apparently refuses. IS SO LESS! I have lost 63 EUR!

Returned a bag through their return service. Never received a refund and no reply to my emails so will have to claim it back from my bank. Won’t be buying again.

I bought the red and black bandage pants and they are made out of a comfortable and breathable material, but threads started coming loose and I had to sew the corner of a pocket back on only after a few wears.

They never answer on the mail.
The website sometimes, don't let me add items to the basket.
Copun that they sent me, doesn't work. They said they will return 10% after the purchase, but no one answer now 😅
I like the clothes but all the rest is not good. For years I try to avoid buying from them...

Order made 1st December.. Almost 2 months later email saying my order has been cancelled and refunded.. Not good enough!

They send me a wrong product. They told me return it then they will give my money back. They didn't so i mailed them. no response. I contacted to their website but they didn't responded either. I got a refund through Paypal and it took almost 2 month! Worst experience.

Ordered in the sale, a week later they get back to me that 2 out of 3 of the items I ordered out are out of stock in my size so to check the website and let them know if I want to size up or want other items. So I asked to size up and replace the other item with something apparently on stock on the website. A few days later they message me saying that now all 3 of the items I ordered are out of stock, and none of the replacement items or sizes are available either and that they’re giving me a refund. Absolutely useless and completely messed me around. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the website or their sales to anyone now as they just don’t keep on top of stock at all and I’ll never place a direct order again.

Really well made dress. Sizing accurate. Will order again.
