Banner Department Reviews

Amazing quality great customer support right from the design process to delivery we’ll recommended

The Banner Department team have helped me to surprise my friends with a Wedding Banner in a short timeframe.

They helped me out with the final design (it went quite a way from my initial draft - it was perfect!) and kept me in the loop every step of the way.

The quality of the banner is faultless and safe to say, my friends were stunned. The banner now hangs pride-of-the-home above the bed!!

I highly recommend the Banner Department! I had an idea for a banner I wanted to get my friend for Christmas but wasn't quite sure on the best design for it. Luckily Amy was able to whip something up quickly and easily after I shared my thoughts - the design was so good, I ordered two! I couldn't be happier with the results, and my friend is equally thrilled.

The customer service from The Banner Dept. (thanks Amy!) was amazing and the banner we received was perfection. We’ve been recommending them to everyone!

Really happy with the Banner we received ready for our wedding. Great back and forth with the team to see what would work best and now it’s arrived we can really see the quality. Thanks, highly recommended!

Spotted the banner department on instagram and knew it was something I wanted for the wedding. I changed my mind on many occasions on the design and the banner department were more than happy to make it perfect for me..
and perfect was exactly what it was. Not only was it the perfect backdrop for the centre of the wedding but we then used it for our baby announcement.
Thank you so much banner department.

Absolutely thrilled with our beautiful banner. So well made and just gorgeous - well worth the cost.

We ordered a banner for our wedding and the team were super helpful with the design, delivery and any questions I had (massive thank you to Amy).

It was a great photo op for our guests at the wedding (we brought a clothes stand from argos to hang it from)and we moved it around (on the top table in front of us and behind the cake stand).

Its now a lovely keepsake for our house!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, and so blown away by the finished banner. Amy was super helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone

Quick to respond to emails and great quality product exactly as described

We adore our banners! We ordered a banner for celebrate our wedding and a year later, ordered a matching one to celebrate the birth of our first baby.

Communication was great and so friendly.

The quality of the banners is brilliant, can’t fault the skills!

Thank you so much for your hard work!

Fantastic banner, we absolutely love it and can't wait to show it off at our wedding ❤️

Banner department made a beautiful banner for my sister’s wedding. It was the main focal point of the top table and MADE the photos. A real talking point and truly fabulous. It was exactly what they wanted for their special day and made every guest laugh. Perfect quality! Would 1000% recommend!

We had the most amazing experience with the Banner Department.
We first saw them on Instagram when planning our wedding, and new that we wanted something behind us in all of those important shots. We also thought that so much of your wedding is thrown away after - the candles the cake etc but the banner is something we now have hanging in our home!
The process was really easy, I am not a creative person at all and the team took our colours & ideas and designed and made something perfect.
So many compliments and something so unique. Would definitely use again!

We had a banner made for our wedding and it was EVERYTHING we wished for. Your design, final product and overall service were perfect and we had so many guests ask where we got it from!!

Thank you! xx

Our banner was beyond our expectations! Amy and the team were amazing, even when we wanted multiple changes they were so helpful and accommodating. It looked amazing on our wedding day.
