First, I waited a week for the product to be shipped. When I called to find out what was going on, they told me they had it in stock and were going to send it out. A week later—having received nothing—they informed me that they didn't actually have it in stock and were canceling the order.

Website provides false stock level
Ordered a part that was labeled as "In Stock" and then issued a refund 2.5 weeks later without a reason why. Contacted customer service and they said the part was out of stock. Checked the website while waiting for a response from CS and the part I ordered is still listed as "In Stock". Customer service response is "There is nothing we can do" Will not order from this company again

It’s now been about 36 hours since my email and I still have not received an email acknowledging my inquiry or a status update.

My order was confirmed but never shipped and when I inquired after it, my order was refunded without discussion.
They canceled my first license purchase…
They canceled my first license purchase that was due to be delivered within 24 hours. It's been over a week and I still haven't received a response regarding a new order I placed. Be careful with this site. I will contact my bank to dispute the transaction.
No communication
We ordered our product on July 1st, and it said it was in stock. We have yet to receive it yet and there has been no communication on when will get it.

Ordered labels..didn't receive
Ordered labels... they didn't arrive... I had to call three times before someone sent me a tracking number. The tracking number said the package was delivered but it was not. Called Barcode Hero back to let them know... I was told someone would have to call me back... and they never did.
