Avoid - terrible com
Avoid, avoid, avoid. I am always careful what I let my pre teen daughter put on her face as so many products are unsuitable. When I received my order the packaging was covered in advertisements for ingredients that are not appropriate for pre-teen skin. The product information did not mention any of this - it was buried right in the middle of the ingredients.
So I return it - at my own cost. I couldn't figure out the returns process so I emailed the company. No response.
Finally going through the online chat I manage to start the returns process thinking it will at least be straightforward. They have charged me much more than Evri would do for a standard Evri delivery and provided no information on how to carry out the return. I have no idea if or when I'll actually get my money back.
