Ikke den kvalitet bil vi forventede.
Den bil vi havde bestilt var en KIA Stonic SGAR, og det vi fik var en kinesisk Haval Jolion af den billigste udgave og ikke nær den kvalitet vi havde forventet.
Personalet var søde og venlige, men prøvede selvfølgelig at pådutte os yderligere forsikringer, selvom vi var forsikret hjemmefra.

With any of our bookings you do book a category of vehicle (size, seats etc) not a specific model within that category.
Our third parties that can be booked through do use an example vehicle for the category and list these as an "or similar" booking as sometimes they may not have up to date information for each rental companies fleet.
Third party cover if taken up for one of our bookings does differ from taking the cover directly with us and is handled with different terms and conditions.
While we are not made aware of any third party insurance/cover taken up at the time of booking our staff are legally obligated with a duty of care to always ask if you want to take up the liability cover options directly with us as well as make sure you know how the different options work for you.
We do rely on any customer that has already purchased third party cover to let us know that is in place as our cover would then not be necessary if the terms and conditions of these work for you.

Service was less then average when I was collected from the airport had to wait 20 minutes to get some service due to only 1 staff member on the desk The other person just wandered in and out
No restroom facility and the keys were just handed to me and was pointed in the general direction Had to press key to see which car I was getting

We had a good experience with the personnel at Darwin Airport pick up regarding picking up and dropping off the vehicle. We were concerned about a message that came up when we started the vehicle relating to a service required. We queried this with the call centre and they told us to ignore this. While not a do or die thing it is something that was concerning us.
