Antwoord van Barocco Tribal
Hi Samantha,
I’m so sorry to read your review.
I’ve looked through our orders but haven’t been able to locate one under your name. I’d really like to understand what happened and investigate your concerns.
We also don’t receive phone calls from customers so I’m wondering if this is the correct company?
If you did purchase from Barocco Tribal, please contact me through our website, BaroccoTribal.com, with your order details and I’ll be happy to look into this personally.
We take great pride in treating our customers with kindness and respect, and we always welcome questions about where our products are made. If there has been any misunderstanding or if we’ve fallen short of your expectations, I’d genuinely appreciate the opportunity to resolve it.
All my best wishes
Roberta
