Went to Beaumont Leys shopping centre 13.05.2026 as I was looking to book a holiday to Cyprus. When arrived was welcome in by Katie Owen. Katie helped with booking the holiday and it was nice to speak to Katie. Katie was very helpful and knowledgeable and did all the booking for us and even did the seat reservations. I was really pleased with the level of customer service provided by Katie and explained all so well. This was such a nice pleasant experience for sure. I am so pleased with how all was booked so effectively and efficiently by Katie. After all was booked Katie went through the booking and gave a print out for the holiday. I would highly Burton - knott travel as they specialise in Jet 2 holidays. I will most definitely be booking my holidays with them as they are so helpful and great and go above and beyond to help with booking a holiday. Thank you

I have used this company a couple of times and each time ie been extremely satisfied both with the holidays and the staff at the branch...The ladies have always been both helpfull and friendly and I've always felt in safe hands....I also appreciate being able to have the opportunity of having a person I can sit and talk over my plans and book with and not all done over the phone or Internet

Fantastic service from start to finish with booking my holiday, did everything for me and gave very good detailed advice and recommendations on different hotels. All staff were friendly and welcoming when I walked in.

Having not known exactly what we were looking for, I was recommended to visit this shop, the staff were very knowledgeable , friendly and found us the holiday that suited our needs, we are so excited thankyou.
Excellent service all round and the awards they have received are well deserved.

I am extremely disappointed to hear that a conversation that my friend and her husband had with a staff member in this office whilst booking a holiday for herself and I has been overheard, misinterpreted and now repeated in a letter to other clients regarding their own complaint. This is a blatant confidentiality breach.
I asked the company to comment and whilst it took 25 days for me to receive their response it was not satisfactory. In these days of poor customer service you would expect small companies to go out of their way to help their clients, not breach their trust.
We cancelled our booking with this company and went somewhere else.
