Sometimes writing a review can be a tad daunting if you're unsure as to how to phrase things correctly, but with Bassline it is very straightforward. Ian has continuously displayed excellent highly informed communication via email, WhatsApp and when in live meetings. The answers received are always well-thought-out and personalised so you never feel you're being given a generic response.
