Incredibly dangerous site especially for problem gamblers. I promise you now you will not receive any of your winnings. This site is 100% a scam. Also as soon as you sign up you will be spammed everyday with texts, calls and emails that will never stop. They harass you and get past any blocks or attempts to unsubscribe. Also when you try to permanently delete your account they will only block you for 30 days and continuously reopen your account without your permission. There is no option to permanently close your account according to them. They are 100% a SCAM. If i knew how you go about legally getting this site shut down i would do so in a heartbeat to stop them taking advantage of people.

Ok putting money in,terrible getting winnings out,keep making excuses,sent photos of my card apple pay info and photos,debit card photos ect,they say not good enough which is rubbish,they take and don’t like it when you win,absolutely terrible.

They called me dozens of times and when I went to collect £3000+ they told me I had to wager it £210,000 more because of the welcome bonus that id taken 3 deposits before and so I only could "collect" £842 which i never received and after 5 days they said my bank was 'rejecting the payment' which wasn't true and my bank told me they are not a Legitimate company and I still haven't had any money back but I've heard other people have been successful. Fingers crossed

Won £392. Did all my docs they asked for to approve me etc. So I went to withdraw all the money, and within 10 minutes got an email saying, 'withdrawal rejected'. So I went to live chat, was told it'll take 24 hours to reattempt withdrawal, so I decided to use some money for an acca and all my money was gone. Wasn't in withdrawal history. So I refreshed page told me to log in, and when I did it said, 'user blocked'. So they have rejected my withdrawal and stole my money.

Absolutely an awful site. Took 4 days to check my documents but still in the mean time let me play in which I won £2800 for them to take it away from me. My games manager rung me and said it was to do with me having a new email address and he was a piece of work laughing at me. I wouldn’t waste your time or money on the site. I have also now seen reviews stating that if you win a large amount they will find a way to not pay you wish I had seen this before I had wasted my money on the site. You also have to tip your games manager and personally they are a waste of space. Stick to normal betting sites cause they don’t rip you off!!

Takes ages to get verified had to jump through so many hoops.Have to wager 3x on your own money not bonus money which is an absolute joke can only withdraw 400 at a time and only to Mastercard only option and takes 3 days then I've had a bug issue so haven't received any withdraw .Also they add tip which I didn't see when withdrawing had it paid back but then they made me play through the 25 tip 3 times before I could withdraw which I did only to be told there is a bug and can't withdraw

Absolutely appalling. Payouts take 3 days. Then they reject and send back to your gambling account saying there is a bug. Try again. Another 36 hours to wait. Don't touch with a barge pole. Fuming.
