È una truffa! Il gazebo ordinato non ha nemmeno una vite uguale aquiloni pubblicizzato. Perché non ho ritirato io il pacco altrimenti avrei subito rimandato indietro.

Package never arrived
Normally I never write reviews, but now I do because i am really angry. I am waiting for my package since the 29th of January. The tracking isn't updating since the 5th of February. I already wrote them twice, the first time they replied, they just sent me the tracking number I already had. Last week I wrote them a second time because I still don't have my package and I want my money back. They are ignoring me and I don’t think that I will ever get my shoes. Don’t order from this site.

Beware of these companies. Everything looks legit, but it's all a scam. If prices are too good to be true, the product is probably from China. They take your money and you can never track them down for your order or a refund.

I never got a scam from online shopping in my entire life until now. I saw this company from advertising social media and one of the influencers wore this company's product and she looked good. My mistake was I didn't check the review first. I ordered and never got it. They shipped their products from China. They keep me updating via email that my order was in transit in China, out of the delivery, and then got canceled for no reason. I reviewed it badly on their Facebook account. It turns out they have filtered out some comments including mine. Don't ever believe easily from social media advertising without checking the review first!

Worst quality!!!!! Order a pair of chunky boots (so really thick sole) I paid 100$ for them and after 3 weeks wearing them ,almost never, ( lockdown/curfew in Canada ) the sole is completely split in half near the middle, on both feet. I can’t wear them anymore. They say they are based in the U.S. to make you believe it’s a U.S. company but it’s false. Everything is shipped from China and takes 2 months to receive. First time in 15 years of online shopping that I write a review but this is just ridiculous, I had to. I Wish I could attached picture to show how bad it is. Do not order from them.

Item still didn‘t arrive, even after 60 days
I ordered on 19th of October two shoes from their website thinking that it is a normal webshop which is quite secure and which is offering great items with a great price, but no...One shoes arrived, but I still didn‘t receive my second item even after 60 days (and for Germany it should be 19-39 days). I wrote several times to the customer support and they said if the item doesn‘t arrive in 60.days, I have right for a full refund. At the end, 60 days are over and I asked kindly for my refund, as I was already losing my patience with this all. They said to me „you will receive refund when you send back the package“. So package which still hasn‘t arrived to me has to be returned back to them in order to get my money back? I am sorry, but I am very disappointed with this order.

Shipping times
The shipping times to seemingly anywhere outside of China are outrageous. I ordered shoes back in April. The tracking didn’t update for a month, at which point I reached out to Customer Support. Andrea replied saying it would take 12-25 business days to ship, but there were delays due to COViD. Understandable. In June, when the package still hadn’t moved I reached out again. Andrea said that my package was “still in air transit” (it was not reflected anywhere in the tracking history that the package had moved) and sent me a tracking number for USPS showing the package was in pre-shipment and still in China. She assured me that she could see it was in air transit and should be arriving soon. She then said that if I didn’t get the package in 60 business days, they’d send me out a new package and I’d still (at some point) receive the “stuck package.” At the end of June, when the package still hadn’t arrived and no shipment changes happened, I asked for a full refund. Only at this point did she say that they’d be willing to re-ship my items express. I got them that same week. It’s funny that they were able to reach me so fast after I was to the point of wanting a refund. I just checked the original tracking for my order today (December 9) and it STILL says it’s in pre-shipment, so I’m thinking I never would’ve gotten my package if I hadn’t reached out to customer service.
