totally pathetic service i ordered a shoe and when i got it the leather from the shoe is peeled off after 1 day i contact bata through email and helpline but they never call back not event they are answering my call.

Very Disappointing Experience with Bata Dera Ismail Khan – Purchased on 8 October 2026

I purchased school shoes for my child from Bata in Dera Ismail Khan on 8 October 2026, expecting good quality, durability, and professional customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I was given two different shoe sizes: one shoe was size 12 and the other was size 13. Since my child was not with me at the time of purchase, I repeatedly requested a receipt in case the shoes did not fit and needed to be exchanged. Despite asking several times, the staff did not provide me with a receipt and assured me that I could exchange the shoes without any problem.

However, when I later tried to exchange them, I was refused assistance. Due to the long distance and travel expenses, visiting the store again is not easy for me. I have also contacted Bata's helpline and sent an email, but unfortunately, I have received no response.

I chose Bata because I trusted its reputation for quality and durability. Instead, I ended up paying more, facing unnecessary expenses, and experiencing very poor customer service.

I request Bata management to investigate this matter, arrange an exchange of the incorrectly sized shoes, and take steps to improve customer service at this branch. Customers deserve proper receipts, honest assurances, and respectful treatment.

I hope Bata takes this complaint seriously and resolves the issue professionally.

One of the worst services. My address was mentioned on website but they didn't deliver it and said that the address was incomplete. Useless brand with useless services

I ordered size 9 and got size 8. I contacted Bata and added a JPG picture showing the wrong size. Bata shoes replied and instructed me to send pdf pics of the shoes packing etc. after I sent these PDF, they send a new message , telling to please send JPG pictures …. What a lousy service

Most worst services ever
Ordered two things online a pair of socks and shoes but only received socks.
Even their customer helpline number never responds, nor email. Scamming on a big scale and not even giving a single reply. Had to dispute the transaction on my bank side to get my money back.

Bata online send defected pieces never buy again

Very pathetic customer service, my transaction was debited but the order was not placed there was a system error on their's side bank (bank alfalah) ,, it's been a week they have not solved my problem neither they are interested.. i will never go for bata for the rest of my life..

Purchased shoes worth 11000 Rs. And paid with the credit card, what i received were old, used and inappropriate sizes. Bata refused to change as they were offered in sale.
Pathetic online store and service

I recently placed an order with Bata company and I must say, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a pair of shoes for Eid and paid using my credit card as they promised to deliver before Eid for all orders placed before April 17, 2023. However I placed the order on 15th April 2023, it's now the 2nd day of Eid and I still haven't received my order.

I tried to contact the courier service, Rider By TPL (withrider.com), but their customer service is simply appalling. Their phone lines are automated, and they were not available to take my call when I needed them the most.
It's frustrating to see how such a big company like Bata relies on such a third-class courier service. It's high time they start taking their customer service seriously and choose a more reliable courier service.

Also, Bata's official helpline number 042-111-228-275 isn't reachable

I had to wait for three more days until the Eid holidays finished to finally receive my order. This delay caused me a lot of inconveniences and spoiled my Eid experience. Bata's unprofessionalism has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will never purchase from them again.

Overall, I would advise anyone considering purchasing from Bata to think twice before doing so. Their customer service is appalling, and they don't seem to care about their customers' satisfaction. You're better off choosing a company that values your time and money.

I've emailed them but got this error from Gmail
The response was:
"There was a temporary problem while delivering your message to the "email address not allowed to write here" Gmail will retry for 47 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently."

Also, their official contact number is still powered off.
