Overall good and accurate skiptraces
Raph and Divine are always patient and helpful when I ask questions. I prefer Batch Skiptracing because it's more accurate than DealMachine's free Skiptracing, which gave me lots of wrong numbers or people saying they're not that person.
One thing that could be better is not charging me for duplicates that were already checked on a different list. Other than that, it's a great service.

Little things can make good service great.
I had used BatchSkipTracing frequently for several months in my real estate investing business and always got great service. But a profitable real estate rehab project tied me up for several months during which I didn't need skip tracing at all. Jay reached out to me this morning to offer his services. I told him that, my immediate priority was to know how much I had spent with Batch in 2022 because I had to file my 2022 taxes by next week. Jay enlisted Ezra to gather the info and send it to me today. So, I'll be able to include that on my Schedule C.

Charged me $25 not 25 searches
Charged me $25 instead of for 25 searches when the previous screen had me select the charge based on number of desired searches which was initially one. The single search I was wanting to try out to see how I liked the website told me it failed and I had to select a higher search minimum. I later discovered it still charged me for a single search without providing any results. Reluctantly I paid for the "25" searches to try out the site but was instead billed $25. I can't use the site as it does me no good. I was looking for phone numbers of a previous owner at an address and the site only provides me with current owner. I thought if I searched by address on their site it would be similar to truthfinder or other sites which give you a list of people both current and past owners then you can click on each person which becomes a new search each time. Their website only provided one name which was the current owner and doesnt allow you to search by owner name. No where did it have a dollar sign in front of the 25 drop down amount so now I have a balance in my account which does me no good as I cant use their site and was only wanting to try it out with a single search.
