I received my ceiling fan in June 2024 with missing parts and still not received the replacement.
I will be taking this matter to the court claims to recover the costs for the ceiling fan and fees.

I took a chance on ordering through this company which I had not used before.
The delivery speed was great. Unfortunately, due to the poor Summer we didn’t put the fence screening up as soon as we received it.
When we did we realised due to our error we should’ve ordered 2 heights of fence screening…so due to the expensive return cost we stood the loss and order additional panel albeit with a small discount.
We ordered 3 packs of the capping so15m total, however, there wasn’t enough to cover our 12m fence!!
We queried this, sent a video of what was fitted and the area short of capping. Granted it wasn’t immediately after receipt as the weather wasn’t suitable to put the screening/capping up.
We sent many e-mails; many of which were ignored. The final outcome is that 3 boxes were sent, agreed but not 15m of capping as we ordered otherwise we wouldn’t have ran out!
Basically, felt like being accused of not being honest which is just not accceptable especially when as previously stated we made a genuine mistake with the fencing so had to order more at an additional cost.
It’s not about the loss of money but more of the terrible service from this Company.
So, in my experience I would seriously suggest paying a little more and using another Company
Gave up in the end and purchased elsewhere to complete the fence!

We have been dealing with Bathroom Deco customer service (Felicity) for over two weeks now and I must say it feels like a waste of time. We have purchased mirrored bathroom cabinet that had dents on both sides of the unit. First despite the fact that we sent photos of the dents over customer service denied their existence, when they finally acknowledged them and sent the replacement unit the same happened again. Now, although you can clearly l see form the photos we shared with them that there are not only dents but also a mark they again denying to be able to see them.. We are having our bathroom fitted in few days which leaves us with no time to get a new unit in time. I was reassured by Felicity that they will address any issues with the replacement unit immediately but unfortunately they haven't and made it all even more difficult for us to manage.
I bought a new oven air fryer and so far it’s very dangerous it’s tripped my fuses and makes an awful racket. I sent videos as they requested to deal with the issue which at first I thought they seemed prompt but it’s going round in circles. Oh it’s objects affecting it I got told sent a video on how to pull it apart which was irrelevant to the problem. The fan isn’t working at all and despite the videos blatantly showing this they’re not helping me at all.
I’m disappointed this has happened and I won’t buy off them again. Stuck now with a product I can’t use or been given any information on a refund replacement or return!
Still waiting on my delivery, after trying so many times to grt in contact please will you respond!!
I purchased a outdoor charcoal bbq grill off of ypu in June for a birthday present for my daughter which was 2 days ago.She has spent today trying to assemble it,and the lid will not shut properly on it and goes to one side.im going to send pics of it. Am I able to get a refund please or can you offer any help

Have sent emails but they keep getting returned to me
I had bought an ottoman and as other reviews have stated bathroom deco were much cheaper than other peer brands such as Debenhams and Wayfair. However the item came with a mark on it and as it's velvet I informed them straight away. The customer service was prompt initially but kept requesting additional photos of the item in the box outside if the box and I fulfiled all requests but now I'm getting no replies and I've emailed every single day for passed 4 days. There is no number to call so I need advice on how I can progress this further to get my refund and get the item shipped back.

I felt compelled to write this review as my experience with Bathroom Deco was excellent and I probably would not have made a purchase from them should it not have been for other positive reviews on Trustpilot.
Firstly, the exact same storage bench I wanted was much cheaper to purchase from them compared to Wayfair, Debenhams which were £60-£80 more expensive.
Delivery was quick, within the time limit advised and customer service was super helpful.
All in all a very good experience and I definitely recommend!
The glass shelf arrived damaged.
It was very quickly replaced.
The second shelf also arrived damaged, this was also replaced very quickly.
The third shelf was finally good.
Replacement was very quick which was good.
I think the packages could be labled fragile handle with care.
As I feel the items were handled badly that's what caused the damage.

Communication from customer service absolutly fab never too much of an ask for an update on delivery timescale "me being unpatient".
Product arrived as described with all the components and the packing was superior protecting the original box.

I made a mistake with my order - wrong colour. I emailed the company and had a reply the next morning. Problem solved in seconds and the right colour roofing felt tiles arrived in good time.
Great chair, other reviews said abit small and not as squishy as you’d expect. Agree with both points but it’s perfect for my needs. So vibrant and lovely calming rock.

I was doubtful about their roofing shingles offer, because it was not one of their usual products and they weren't sure what I was enquiring about at first. I was also concerned that there seem to be several companies associated with the order. However, having submitted the order, still having some doubts, I was very pleased with the speedy delivery and what looks like a genuinely good cheap Chinese product which was being offered by other traders at 50% more. When I have installed them and see how they cope with the coastal wet and windy location, I hope I still will think it was an excellent purchase.
