I ordered a battery through Bunnings Marketplace only to find that the supplier was Batterymate. They listed the product as "in stock". Six days later a payment invoice arrived by email with a tracking number. The tracking indicated that the item was with Australia Post. Six days later, no progress on the shipping. I called the 1300 number for Batterymate and was cut off twice. Finally got to a real person who informed me that item was not in stock but was expected in a few days. So it MIGHT actually be posted two weeks after the order. Absolutely no communication from Batterymate about the delay. This is appalling customer service.

No tracking number provided. Courier's failed attempt to deliver as no one is home and no collection point provided. Using the order number, had to reach out to Batterymate online to get the tracking number and find out the collection point. Fail!!!
