Battle Steel Reviews

Product was promptly shipped and packaged well. Priced a bit high for what it is in my opinion.

I ordered in feb. and called many times, still haven't received order

Plates were not adequately packed. Thick, even for ceramic. Went with something else. Don't trust these.

I never made the purchase because of an error on the website when trying to checkout. Considering the scams and theft that happens over the internet, I’m having second thoughts about making a purchase.

Just realize that its Botach you're dealing with. Their rep is so bad, they needed a fresh face. Product quality was fine, but the service folks are the worst I've delt with. I won't purchase again knowing who's behind them.

Bought level 4 plates, took two weeks to ship, gets here, promptly stolen (obviously not their fault it was stolen), tried to get in contact with them for a solid week but never answered, a few times it seems like they declined my call. Worst customer service in the industry, will never shop their store ever again.

I purchased the Battle Steel level 4 plates. Although i have not shot my plates, Mrgunsngear on youtube has. I think very impressive.

Plates seem well made and not nearly as heavy as steal, shipping was fast less than a week.

Poor customer service. They never sent the product I bought. No contact from Battle Steel either.

Great product , wondering if you have smaller thickness, thanks Christopher

I have only ordered 1 set of armor from them but the quality and shipping speed was excellent. I have recommended them to friends and they were also very pleased with the products they recieved. will order from them again in the future.

Good product. Hard time getting it. Ordered level 4 plates like 4or 5 times and had my order cancelled every time. I guess they keep running out or letting you order on back order. Like the ones I have but I want more.

I placed an order on Feb 10th and it said it was in stock but when it hadn't shipped by the 28th I canceled the order. Maybe I'll try again some other time.

Ordered a set of level 4 plates & was told it would take 2 weeks for them to be shipped. No problem. 4 weeks later and nothing. Cancelled & ordered from another company that got me my order in a week & made in the USA.

Quick turn around and the product was what I expected.

Battle Steel is lightweight and a perfect fit for my plate carrier I am happy with it. It's unlike anything I had in the Army.

Got 80% of What I paid for, 5 year shelf yet product is over 1 year old!
Otherwise looks good.
