Battle Steel Reviews

My order was prompt and accurate in style and size

Great service. Hassel free shopping. Thanks

Came promtly and very light. Added bonus of a tshirt

I ordered a K19 and selected 2 day shipping, but found out in the package tracking that it was not sent through the method I had paid for. I ended up getting the package after about a week and in the process I called to get a refund on the shipping. I talked to a rep and within about 5 minutes I had the money back. The guy that helped me was honest and personable. It was simply a human error for whenever they shipped it out. Turned a lame situation into a good one.

Great pricing, fast shipping and a great product. What more could you ask for.

Wonderful pricing and customer service!!!

On time delivery and great quality fabric materials and armor quality and materials awesome logo

Great quality plates; they well beyond what they are rated for, and are very comfortable. Shipped quickly with no issues. Very competitive price when compared to other products of this level.

Purchase was as expected and shipping was efficient. Item arrived and was better than I had hoped for not being sure what to expect as a new buyer. I am more than pleased. Thank you.

They were fast and product came as described.
I will be ordering from them again soon.

To be honest, I was kind of nervous when ordering from here due to all the bad reviews. But nonetheless I bought from here and I wasn't disappointed. The order shipped fast and kept me informed throughout the whole delivery. When I did reach out to customer service they answered within the day. The products arrived in great packaging with the items wrapped in bubble wrap. And the items were not handled inappropriately resulting in a flawless delivery. Not to mention they followed all of the precise instructions I gave them. Phenomenal service and company. I highly recommend shopping from here. They have great products at a affordable price. Really looking out for their customers. One of the most underrated companies in my opinion. Infinite stars out of five.

Great overall experience. Relatively quick shipping and on-time updates about shipping progress. The quality seems to be great and the reviews from notable individuals give me piece of mind. The price point is amazing as well.

The clear and concise information that was given to me about the product and the product's arrival

It’s looks to be a well built product that I hope I never get any use out of!

AMAZING product quality and super fast shipping! We love this company and have been pleased with everything we have purchased.

Found the product I was looking for with ease.

Fast and easy checkout. I wish I would have gotten more plates when they were $99.

Excellent pricing and the shipping was very fast. Backpack armor is something I hope my son never needs, but it's there if he ever does. Thanks, Battlesteel for the quality product!
