horrible
horrible! too many back and forths after incorrect printing even though I spoke to someone who confirmed prior to production that it will be corrected. I also sent an email, but when the product arrived it had incorrect spelling. I called to explain but was told one I click approve it goes to engraving right away however, when request a replacement of the plate I was told it will take a day for production then shipment. how much they were charging me was another story. never ordering from baudville again.
