Our second BBQ from BBQ Barn. Faye and Paul have been brilliant, so have Broil King. All of them pulled out the stops to get our new BBQ here on time. I assembled the Broil King Baron myself, just methodically go through each page of the instructions and voila. Just don't rush it! It also helps to know how it is constructed so it is easier to dismantle the parts that need cleaning. A quality product from a quality company. Look no further.

We called in the Leigh showroom to get an idea of the different types of BBQs available as we were fed up with our gas BBQ that just didn't give any flavour

Caitriona was our enthusiastic host who took time to explain to us the pros and cons of each type of BBQ ad what we might expect. She was very patient and clearly is very knowledgeable -and experienced!

Her advice was good- very honest and looking to provide exactly what we wanted, not trying to upsell

After some consideration we returned to buy A Kamado Joe Classic and have had some great results already.

The Kamado seems complex at first but i am already getting consistent results and understanding how to regulate temperatures and use the different elements, depending on what we're cooking. Plenty more dishes to try and really looking forward to using it as our on tandoori oven

The showroom has a massive selection of BBQs from budget up to full outdoor kitchen and the service is great so really recommend taking the time to visit if you're serious about getting that great outdoors taste and experience

I had been trying for ages to obtain a replacement ashpan for my bbq. I found BBQ Barn's number online and gave them a call. The customer service assistant was confident and reassuring that they would be able to get me a replacement. They sent me a link to order and I got the replacement in a couple of days. Wonderful

Bought a smoker and was given great advice and support, very friendly stuff and will be returning again, great place to shop for a BBQ

Ordered a Char-Griller Super Pro Charcoal Grill and Offset Smoker from BBQ Barn after chatting to their online assistant who was very helpful in clarifying my questions.

Product arrived quickly (3 days) and was well packaged. Good price and came with a cover included.

Great staff working here who go out their way to help and advise you. A great service and had my bbq delivered a few days later and paid extra for it to be put together.

I have been using their branch in Sidcup for a few years now. Always great service, advice and after care. If you need anything bbq this shop is highly recommended. Buying a bbq can be a big investment but you can buy from bbq barn with confidence.

Knowledge and customer service was excellent from Faye, guiding me to what turns out to be an excellent BBQ. Will definitely return to the Sidcup shop to stock up on anything BBQ. Delivery was prompt and free.

Delivered our BBQ to our specification, fully assembled, late one evening just before the bank holiday weekend. Very impressed and heartily recommended.

Very mixed. Great range, lovely shop floor staff and on their advice bought a 4 burner whistler.

I wasn’t terribly happy with it. It was taking 10 mins+ to cook steak with little sear, had inconsistent heat etc, so asked for help.

Quite hard to get help. Emails unanswered for a week or more then requests for videos to prove there was a problem. Bit odd, no expressing concern etc but ok.

Engineer came round and did a little tinker. Left saying it may work better, if not he’d be back.

Then I was totally shut off. Bbq still not working properly. Cold, formal responses making it seem like I was a troublemaker (really not) and then an email saying it had been certified as fully operational by the engineer (not what he said) and by me (not true), that I was bbq ing with the lid open (only when I had to take the videos they demanded!) and I had no further consumer rights. I wrote back expressing surprise at the tone but never heard back.

So - good shop; cold, borderline offensive customer service.

Like most people looking for a BBQ this summer, you soon realise there's a wide range of makes, models, and prices. The staff at BBQ Barn made my selection easy. They were really helpful, friendly and knew everything there was to know about BBQs.
I placed the order for the 2022 Broil King Barron, as it was £500 cheaper than this year's model. Once I placed the order, BBQ Barn called to say they made a mistake and didn't have the 2022 model in stock. As I already paid for the BBQ, they decided to upgrade it at no extra cost. It was a mistake on their part and a bonus for me. Regardless of the mixup, their customer service was excellent, and I highly recommend using BBQ Barn. You never know, you might get a free upgrade.

From walking through the door and being offered tea or coffee to my purchases being loaded into my car, service was second to none. Really friendly and knowledgeable and helped me reach a decision. I will be back to BBQ Barn.
