Five stars does not do this amazing company justice! I emailed after hours to see if I could get a VERY last minute Christmas gift in time for the holidays. I wasn’t expecting a response back until the morning, if at all, but to my surprise I received an email back within the hour! Rich offered to look into overnighting me the product I wanted, which wasn’t an available shipping option on their site, and got back to me right away the next morning with overnight shipping costs. I have never received such prompt, polite, all around excellent customer service! I have told all my family about this wonderful company, and we won’t be buying rubs/spices/sauces from anywhere else! Thank you Rich for being a true Christmas hero, and an exceptional business man!

EDIT: I appreciate that the owner took the time to respond, and responded quickly. It's good to see they addressed the problem quickly, and obviously care about things being done right.
I've upgraded my rating based on their attention.
Synopsis of original: Could not place an order unless I ordered enough to qualify for free shipping.
Even if I wanted to pay the shipping, I was unable to order.

Great Products!!
I tried your product for the first time while visiting a relative in Tennessee. My wife and I really liked it and when we went back to Florida we grabbed a couple of jars to take back to Florida. We ran out of it and we looked to buy it here in Florida and had no luck finding any of your products. I googled the products and bingo!!, I could order the products from you!! Products are so good that I order enough to last for at least six months. I don’t want to run out of it!! Thank you for your products and great service!!!

I ordered this for my son years ago. he loved to smoke and Bbq alot. It was always a big hit and lot of his friends and family always loved what he always made. We lost our son last year to an anurysm. So I ordered some more of this seasoning. We love it so much. And will continue to order more. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!
