All the people we dealt with at BCA couldn’t have been more helpful.
Very professional and nothing was too much trouble.
Very approachable and everything explained in an easy to understand way.
Would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again if needed.
Excellent customer service.

Following the unexpected finding of tiles containing asbestos I contacted BCA and they removed and disposed of all tiles within 24 hours. Great service and Ryan was very helpful and informative. Cannot speak highly enough of the service provided.

Friendly and knowledgable. Talked me through the process and provided advice too

Fantastic company to deal with, so helpful and reasonably priced. Efficient and reliable, great communication, cannot fault their service.

Excellent service. Removed asbestos garage roof quickly, safely and not a trace of it left anywhere in the garden. Thank You

I'm waiting for the disposal comformation letter, I seem to remember that you mentioned. Otherwise very happy with your service.

Came to remove some asbestos from around an old aga. The aga needed to be dismantled and removed to see if there was any more asbestos behind it and the guys were great. This was not an easy task given how heavy Aga’s are. Arrived on time to carry out work and tidied up beyond what I expected as there was soot and mess from the aga also. Totally recommend

All round excellent, from the initial Telephone call to carrying out the job by a very pleasant young man

Collected the item that required disposing as arranged.

Ryan was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and give me the reassurance I needed.

He explained all the options clearly and let me know that the more expensive options to remove the asbestos entirely from my porch were only required in the event of a full remodel. He could of said we ‘must’ do it now just to make money, but instead he was honest and very ethical.

Really good service. Responsed on a weekend, got everything arranged and answered over e-mail. Turned up on time. The staffmember who came was friendly and professional. Payment handled easily by e-mail and all documents received. Highly recommended.

Was very pleased with the work carried out and how well everything was left clean after the job was finished.n

Good value and fast service. Thanks Ryan and the BCA team...

Absolutely great service from start to finish 🙏

Arrived on time ,was very courteous, ,got on with taking artex samples,
You pay first which is easy to do on line & then you get the results straight away would recommend this service

Booked a job on behalf of my elderly parents and not only did they do an excellent job but they went above and beyond to look after my parents whilst the work was carried out.

Great communication with Ryan. Customer service was excellent. The men arrived on time. They were not condescending, (as I have experienced with some trades because of my disability). They did a great job of removing the asbestos and clearing up any mess that had occurred.

An all round excellent service.

I would highly recommend BCA Contracts Limited!
