Done my cbt today. Guys in here are great, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about about motorcycles . So definitely a great place to get your cbt or motorcycle license.

I just did my CBT yesterday and it was great! Kyle shows how professional he is but at the same time he was joking around to make me feel less stressed. I really appreciate his advise and tips. Very friendly environment. I would highly recommend this training centre.
I will definitely go for the full license with those boys.

Kyle has been amazing!! From the get go he was on it. He takes you through your paces and gives you valuable feedback the whole time which I really appreciated. Overall it has been an amazing experience and I look forward to doing my full license with them.

However, I must express my disappointment with the overall experience and the manner in which the situation was handled. I came to your school with the genuine intention of learning and gaining my CBT, and while I understand that safety is paramount, I also expected fair guidance, support, and a professional standard of instruction.

It’s clear from your message that I was not considered ready for the road, but at no point during my training was I given structured, constructive feedback that outlined exactly what I needed to improve on or how. Simply being told I wasn’t “up to standard” without targeted guidance feels more like a dismissal than a training approach.

While you mention Kyle gave us two hours of extra training, it felt more like repetition than tailored help. If there were such serious concerns regarding my ability, then I question why more effort wasn’t made to address those areas during the initial training rather than simply writing me off afterwards.

Regarding the Highway Code quiz—while I accept I got questions wrong, a CBT is supposed to be a training day, not a test day. If it is also your school’s standard to reject someone solely based on that without further support, it might be worth making that clear beforehand. Others I’ve spoken to were surprised by how strict and final your process was.

I’m committed to becoming a safe and responsible rider, but I expected encouragement and development, not a judgmental and condescending tone post-training. I also found your parting comment about “hoping I study the Highway Code” unnecessarily patronizing.

I will take your advice and train elsewhere—but I believe your team would benefit from reconsidering how you approach students who may not immediately meet your standards, especially if you genuinely care about developing safe riders, not just passing or failing them.

Had a great time with the CBT course. Kyle balanced putting us at ease with his relaxed confidence, whilst maintaining the standard expected to be safe and proficient. Had time to speak with Nick of BCK also, really great team.

Thank you so much for the traning today. Kyle is a really good instructor firm but fair. His observations were good and he always put me to the right direction. Thank you again for your hard work and for your kindness.

Kyle was my instructor he made the experience a good one and gave constant updates on progress and kept us all safe.

Awesome experience at BCK motorcycle. Great environment and excellent staff. I have little experience on bikes and instructor Kyle made me feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend anyone getting into motorcycling to get your training done here! It was epic 👌

I came to BCK in mid December 2024 with 0 prior experience on two wheels. I did not pass my first CBT however all the instructions reassured me that that was common and I just needed more time in the seat. After a few hours of lessons I attempted the CBT again where I managed to make it on the road although I still was not confident or fully comfortable on two wheels. In the new year (March) I came back, had 2 hrs of lessons then attempted the CBT once more where I passed with Kyle. All the instructors are brilliant and I would highly recommend BCK to start your journey on 2 wheels

Attended BCK as a complete novice with motorcycles, the instructor Kyle did an awesome job teaching me the ins and outs of using and maintaining the motorcycle. Patient and clear communication. BCK is definitely a top company as they care for your safety before letting you on the road. I’ve had to do 2 days as I was new to this all. Felt discouraged but Kyle gave me the confidence to keep studying and practicing. With my hard work i was able to pass my CBT and my journey on the open road with a motorcycle begins now! Don’t think twice, use BCK! Always look twice tho, remember those lifesavers!

Been here twice, wasn't I didn't too great on the first go but Kyle had all the patience in the world helping me out. Came back and got Kyle again, brilliant instructor and would recommend to anyone 👌

I have nothing but good words for Nick & Kevin at BCK. Completed my DAS mod 1 & 2 fairly quickly and the training was first rate. Additional help & advice was forthcoming in a few areas where I needed it. Bikes were well maintained.
I would recommend BCK to anyone in the Reading area looking to complete their DAS training.

In not going to lie I was feeling nervous,instructor Kyle made me feel at ease and made my day fun and I learn a lot ,5 stars for him and bless him for helping people the way he does,thank you Kyle for helping me pass my test
