Bcp Solutions Limited Reviews

If your television is giving you problems then look no further than BCP TV repairs in Ferndown and after you've had a chat with Peter Shaw (proprietor) you'd think you have hit the jackpot. Honestly we hear so many cases of unsatisfactory customer service that I still cannot believe such excellent customer care and dedication still exists. My LG TV was working perfectly well until the day it decided to play havoc with the apps which gave me NETFLIX etc.One look at my TV screen told Peter immediately that the software was defunct. Yes...Peter could have replaced the panel but he did explain that another important component could malfunction hence it would be more economical to purchase a new TV set. Not only did he take on board the purchase of a similar model, he also undertook the task of disposing my old set and helped instal the new one with the help of another technician (John) who is a genius at installing all the apps that I wanted to keep. All this happened within one week. I feel so fortunate and grateful to Peter Shaw and John. Thank you so much.

We engaged with Will @BCP as we needed a new fresh and updated website as ours was very antiquated. He understood the remit immediately and produced a slick, professional and informative website which is exactly what we needed. He was very professional and displayed great customer service We would recommend his services every time .

My experience with BCP solutions was excellent again. I had my first website built from another company a few years ago and wasn’t happy with the result. After a conversation with Ray and Will over a Zoom call, I had full trust in these guys to make the website better. When it come to building a new website for the second company, I had no doubt in my mind who I will use. Both Ray and Will were never more than a phone call or
Zoom call away. In helping with ideas, direction and patience to a truly professional website. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again for taking the company to the next level. Cocktails and Bars Ltd

We worked with Ray from All Solutions on a very important job where he had to set up and monitor some remote filming equipment.
This was done excellently and he was able to interface with our studio seamlessly, and monitor quality and performance and then send back the rushes all without fuss. Definitely recommend.
